Although we only had 8 people (it sleeps 16), you can tell the owners want to be sure that it not only sleeps 16 but has enough of everything for 16 - dishes, seating, towels, etc. They even had two coffee makers that were kept busy with the 8 of us! There are two casual living areas - both very comfortable. A great, large deck off the back and another on the front for viewing Lake Pepin. We found absolutely everything in the kitchen we needed! Every room was clean...

"This was a perfect location for reconnecting with college girlfriends. We met over 40 years ago and cherish our annual get togethers. The house was well appointed, with a great view of the lake and the ease of walking to so many destinations."

"It fit our needs, we were ven dors at Ashley for the Arts. We didn't spend any time there. It was a bit pricey for a bedroom and a bathroom. Getting in and out of the clawfoot tub was a challenge without anything to hold onto. Very clean, basic accomidations."

It’s very convenient if you like to golf, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and has a beautiful view. We loved the sunroom as a gathering space and had fun using the arcade games, pool, and deck. "Was a little misleading. Couldn’t use the garage. It was full of clutter. Floors needed swept when we arrived and thought they needed repainted or updated. Overall it was nice, quiet and well kept. We enjoyed our stay."
