PIF immediately and noticed an extra person charge. I reached out many times with his questions about this and it was 2 months later when I received a response and a bill for 1350 for the max number allowed. "The house is spacious and enough bedding to accomodate a large group. There was plenty of linen and towels. Washer/dryer is operable.There were ants in the kitchen, a spider in the bedroom, and a lot of webs on the door post and seating areas. One of the bathrooms has a mat in the tub that is unsanitary. Seems like there is some upkeep being done without removing the listing. Probably should cater to the upgrades for a more appealing feel/look."
