"Gwenn at reception was amazingly helpful and courteous. I can’t say enough good things about her. Took time to work through problems with Hertz car rental. Room was clean and comfortable. My second stay in a Brit Hotel and will use them wherever possible. Rooms are basic but well maintained and have everything I need. Be aware reception closed at 2300. "

"The room was in a thoughtfully renovated property which served a tasty breakfast. It was in a town with plenty of restaurants along the river. The owners were very pleasant, the 2 brothers who had worked on the house.

"Wir haben einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub hier verbracht.
- die Möbel waren sehr abgewohnt
- die Betten extrem durchgelegen
- die Terassenmöbel dreckig
- die Lüftung in der Toilette (ohne Fenster) defekt, so man nur durch das Haus lüften konnte
- Wasserdruck zum Duschen im Obergeschoss zu gering
- eine Trennwand kurz vor dem Zusammanbruch
- Möbel (Schrank) notdürftig geflickt
- Außensteckdose defekt ( man hätte die Stromführenden Kabel berühren können - lebensgefährlich für Kinder)
