This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath, all tile condo. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed with ensuite bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has 2 queen beds with ensuite bathroom, while the third has 2 twin beds with convenient access to the 3rd bathroom. There is a wrap around balcony with gorgeous western views down the beach. Enjoy the Gulf views from the master bedroom, living room and the dining areas. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa in hand while watching the sunrise. For all you coffee lovers this unit offers both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Amenities include 3 refreshing pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach front fitness center, a BBQ area for grilling your fresh catch, a marina with a boat slip, and newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts. You will want to visit this "home away from home" again and again!
Minimum age to rent is 25.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
