"Easy access to both the pool and beach, which is important to us as we have two little ones. -1 star only because we had to ask 4 times (literally) to have a crib brought to our room."

"Very disappointing experience overall. I booked three rooms months in advance for my son's graduation trip and was told our rooms would be together, but they were placed far apart across the property. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions. The rooms themselves were in poor condition. We had issues with the shower, toilet, and door, all of which appeared to need repair. For the price paid, I expected much better maintenance and attention to detail. The only positive aspect of our stay was the property itself. The pools, grounds, and amenities were nice and well-kept. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and condition of the rooms overshadowed what could have been a great family vacation. I would not choose to stay here again. Oh and definitely don’t book third party, That seemed to be part of their initial issue with us."

"We had a fantastic time at this family-friendly hotel. The beach access felt like a resort , and my son absolutely loved the lazy river. The breakfast was generous, making it a great choice for our stay. Plus, we were conveniently located about 6 minutes away from the crab island tours."

"The condo was conveniently located on the corner of the second floor, near the stairs. Although the dune blocked our view of family members on the beach, the ocean views were still beautiful. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, and the information provided about what to bring was accurate. Somehow we missed that there was no hair dryer, but the condo did have both a coffee maker and a Keurig, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again in the future."

"Good points: Location (even with the road work), breakfast buffet and staff (Awesome group of breakfast staff), and upper deck staff great. Beach was not overcrowded and we could see further down it was. Poor points: Front desk staff. When I checked in I felt rushed even though there was no one else checking in. After traveling a period of time no one is going to remember everything but rushed like that made it 10x worse. Next day try to get more info at front desk, different person, and it was a rude experience. So needless to say the $25 day destination fee that you are supposed to be able get back I wasn't sure where all I could go to have things charged to the room to get that money back. I didn't want to be charge something instead of credit so 90% of that money I did not get back."
