Magnificent 3 bedroom unit is located on the 6th floor of Tower 1 with an unobstructed view of the National Seashore and private location, this condo will not disappoint! Newly renovated corner seaside paradise awaits those that love the serenity of sunrises and sunsets along the Gulf shore. The prime location of this condo gives you a breathtaking view of the Gulf Coast, on a clear day you can see for miles. The spacious living room has a large sectional sofa and two electric recliners that add a touch of casual comfort for watching your favorite shows/movies on the 55" Smart TV or just relax and watch the waves roll in. The console contains several games and books to enjoy during your stay. In the dining area, there is seating for six at the table and three bar stools at the breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully updated with all new stainless appliances, a Smart toaster over/air fryer, coffee maker w/Keurig, new granite counter tops and new cabinetry, including a convenient pantry for your groceries. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed, private entrance to the balcony, and en-suite bathroom with a full stand-up shower (NEWLY REMODELED, PHOTOS COMING SOON!). The two guest bedrooms are located off a second hall for additional privacy. Middle guest bedroom has a queen bed and its own private balcony with amazing views! The second guest bedroom has two full size beds, all guest beds equipped with new memory foam mattresses. Located between the guest bedrooms is the guest bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a full size washer and dryer in the laundry area. Tile is throughout this condo, with carpet in the bedrooms only. Guests will enjoy the calmness of sea glass colored walls and creative artwork, many from local artists in the area. Start making life-long memories and remember, the more you look at the sea, the more you will see! All units come with cable TV and Wi-Fi also. Please no smoking and no pets allowed on property.
