Sandy Key is the perfect beach front vacation spot for the entire family! Located on the ground floor, east end of Tower 2, never a wait time for an elevator, this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is great for a family/friend getaway looking for the convenience of the beach and pool right at their back door. Since the walkway is a few feet from the patio, no need to worry if guests will be walking on top of you! The master suite features a lovely king bed, a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo in the attached bathroom, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a sliding glass door to the beach facing patio. The first guest bedroom is ideal for the additional couple on your vacation with a king bed and a private patio, leading to the luscious landscaped area between the two towers. The third bedroom also features a king bed and walk-in closet. The hall bathroom is situated between the guest bedrooms and has a shower/ tub combo. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The fully equipped kitchen, with ample cookware and dinnerware, has all new cabinetry and new granite counter tops and all stainless appliances. This is the perfect place for the chef of the family to prepare a wonderful seafood meal. Seating at the beautiful dining room table comfortably sits 6, as well as an additional 2 can sit at the breakfast bar. Along with a spectacular view of the Gulf and easy access to the private patio, the living room boasts comfortable sofas, a large Smart TV, and a DVD player. Location! Location! Location!

For a family with small children, this condo cannot be beat! Look out of the living room to see the walk over to the beach and the pool just to the right of the patio. There was also a great green space outside our patio that was perfect for our little ones to play! Of course you don't get the balcony view of the beach/ocean on the first floor, but for a family with children its perfect. The furnishings and decor is nice and updated and felt very cozy and coastal! We loved it and would choose this condo again! Check in was our only complaint. The check in time was from 4-6. We arrived at 5:00 and had to wait until after 6:00 before our room was actually ready. This was a bit of a challenge with two young and active boys who had been traveling all day. ***To the owner: 1. The condo has very few dish towels and hardly any dish cloths. 2. It would be nice to add room darkening curtains to the two bedrooms with windows.

What's not to like.

This is a very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a lovely location. Close to beach entrance, close to pools, close to outdoor BBQ's. Lovely view of the ocean and landscaping. Ist floors so no elevators. Excellent stay. Thank you very much.
