This charming little guest house is perfectly located in the heart of North Hill, which is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Pensacola. It is 5 minutes from the middle of downtown and 25 minutes to Pensacola Beach. This guest house is completely separate from the main house and has one parking spot on the street. There is an elevated loft over the living room with a comfortable queen bed. The living room features a large, mounted, flat screen TV and a pull out queen sleeper sofa. Fun Sister Trip
We had a wonderful time staying here. It is in an amazing location close to everything. The backyard and pool space are beautiful and a vacation by itself. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. We felt comfortable and very safe staying in their guest house.

A great short trip!
This was the perfect little loft for my family. Having 2 babies under 2, we wanted a place that would let my husband and I have some time together while the kids napped and went to bed early and this backyard oasis fit the bill! Will definitely come back.

The unit was properly described on line and exceeded expectations upon arrival. It was perfectly cozy for myself and my daughters. The pool was way above average for similar units. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet any other guest or owner. But you can tell a lot of attention to detail went into providing this historic neighborhood cottage getaway.
