Fantastic Condo!

Location! Location! Location! Beautiful views, right on the beach, walkable to all the amenities of the Floribama! The condo was roomy and clean. The master bedroom was like living in paradise. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Nice property, beautiful beach

The condo was well maintained and perfect for our needs. We had three families including four children traveling together. Everyone was able to sleep comfortably and we cooked most meals in the condo. The beach is gorgeous and an easy walkout over the boardwalk. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, hot tub and indoor pool.

Great location! We love Perdido Key so much. Roomy condo, had what we needed. Some maintenance issues were not completely resolved. But I would recommended this location and this condo!

Needs attention!

Stove top and floors were not clean. Stove hood light was burnt out - my husband had to go to hardware store to purchase a bulb to replace it. Paint, baseboards and Sheetrock were dated and had areas peeling. NO ICE MAKER!! Dishes, pots & pans were all mixed up in different cabinets. Only a couple of dish towels- had to buy more! No dish drain - bought one and left it there! Can opener was broken, Knife block had red sauce splattered all along the side of it. Freezer rack bent in freezer, AC vent old & looked rusty. Fans in middle and master room were so noisy, my husband had to adjust the base of fans. The handle on toilet in master was loose - my husband had to work on that as well. The sliding glass door to balcony drags - kids could not open & close on their own. I called Beach Vacation Rentals about a couple of things - they said they'd send someone- but no one ever came. This unit did not measure up to other units we've stayed in past years - for similar rates!! We love staying at Spanish Key, but would not rent or recommend this particular unit. Disappointed
