LIVING AREA New upscale furnishings include a dining room set, living room console cabinet and a beautiful master bed. Watch a brand new 65” Smart TV in the living area or slide open the glass doors to the balcony and unwind to soothing sounds of the rolling waves.
KITCHEN & DINING Prepare meals in the well appointed kitchen, equipped with stone countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, (new refrigerator with water and ice dispenser on the door), all while having a view of the beach! Make use of the Keurig (K-cup) machine and sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar. While dinner simmers, concoct a special drink at the bar and dine together at the six-person table. (Countertop seats an additional 3 people.)
BED & BATH Find comfort in the master suite, complete with a new king bed and a 55” SMART TV, beach views and direct balcony access. The luxe en-suite features a walk-in closet, double vanity (new quartz countertops), and a walk-in shower. In the guest suite, sleep soundly in two full-size beds, which features a 50” SMART TV. The guest bath is adjacent to the bedroom and also accessible via the hallway and has a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES In the evening, relax and enjoy the sunset on your balcony table for four and an additional Adirondack chair for lounging! Spend sun-kissed days splashing in one of the two pools right on the Gulf (one of which is a zero gravity entry), or try out the third pool overlooking Old River. Take time to also enjoy a relaxing soak in the Gulf side hot tub. On-site amenities include a fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, covered grill area with seating, a boat launch and a marina. Boat slips are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be booked in advance.

LOCATION This unit is located on the 2nd floor and directly in the middle, so your view is spectacular! Elevators are available, but you can easily take the stairs, if you choose, with this unit’s location. Short stroll to SeaSpray's private beach to spend blissful days playing in the sugar-white sands and emerald Gulf waters. Beach service rentals (for chairs & umbrellas) is available directly on the beach at SeaSpray! Cast a fishing line directly from the shore or off the marina dock. Meander across the street to the Island Market / Surf Shop for beach items, t-shirts, or pick up groceries at the market. Venture 5 to 10 minutes to Orange Beach for a selection of shopping, dining, and entertainment options or 5 minutes in the other direction, towards Pensacola for dining and entertainment as well. You can be at the Orange Beach Wharf area in about 20 mins! Or try local eateries like the Shrimp Basket and Flora-Bama Yacht Club -- both within 2 miles. There are many restaurants nearby to the east and west! You can also find an abundance of natural beauty at Perdido Key State Park (1 mile east) or Gulf State Park (9 miles west).
PARKING There is unassigned parking for 2 cars at the East Bldg. open front parking lot. Parking is new online digital system, that guests reserve and pay for. (SeaSpray office charges $50, plus tax, per car, PER STAY for parking, payable online before arrival). All boats and trailers must be registered at the SeaSpray office and, if available, slips will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. They cannot be booked in advance. Trailer parking is available and a code to launch will be provided at the office.
SeaSpray Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm. (Open Mon - Sat during the summer months.)

The condo was very clean and spacious. The location right on the beach was perfect! SeaSpray is conveniently located near things to do in Pensacola and Orange Beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this rental!

The condo was very well appointed with top shelf furniture, art, dishes, glasses, etc. And a wine cooler. The location was great on the 2nd floor with beautiful views. The location of the condos was also great with easy access to both FL and AL. 5 STARS
Everything from the online booking, the coordination with the owner, and even the tremendously courteous and gracious cleaning team made our family spring break, very enjoyable and easy. It was extremely accessible to shops, and to family attractions.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo is outfitted with everything & anything you need. Perfect location…not too close but close enough to Pensacola. The surf shop/convenience store (better than your standard convenience store) across the street was great to have just steps away. Highly recommend!

Great, quiet location for spring break trip with family
We had a great stay at Sea Spray 223 for Spring Break with our 3 young kids. The beaches are nice and generally quiet with few college spring breakers. Great and timely communication with host. We did move the fragile décor when we arrived to avoid anything getting broken. We enjoyed the games and kids books there. We wish the pool was a little warmer but that just made us spend more time at the beach and in the hot tub. Would recommend this location to family and friends in the future!
Well taken care of condo with excellent views. The property manager was helpful and check in was simple and easy. You have access to all three condo pools and amenities. The owners and staff at seaspray were all very friendly. The entire property is well maintained. This particular rental is steps away from the elevator / stairs and your moments away from the pool or beach.
Perdido seems to be a very quiet area if your looking for a relaxing vacation. The beach was not very crowded (compared to other locations on the panhandle) and your moments away from excellent restaurants in Perdido or down the road in Alabama.
Overall this is an excellent property! Quiet, great views and family friendly condo and area!
