  • Grand Caribbean is located gulf side, 100 yards from the beach, with private boardwalk access. Captain’s bunks built into the hallway and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area allow for extra sleeping and make Grand Caribbean an excellent value. This 700 SF ground-floor unit has a private patio with direct access to the pool and picnic area. Wood composite flooring throughout.  107 East is the ground floor with a private patio and great pool access.  The condo was completely remodeled recently.
