Beautiful beach right outside the door. The condo was exactly as described. You are in a wonderful location close to the best restaurants and shops. If you want to stay in the balcony and open kitchen gives you a perfect place to look at the water and hear the waves. LOVE IT. We will be back.
This property was absolutely perfect for me and my little family's getaway. Just a few steps away from both the beach and the pool!! The beach access is incredibly convenient (just across the 2-lane road) and the community pool is just a few steps away from the back porch! The entire property was incredibly clean and everyone we came into contact with was friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing!! The whole condo was comfortable, the couch (pull-out) bed in the living room was even comfortable!! And that NEVER happens! Completely stocked with everything we anticipated and much more! We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again very soon.

Great location, but issues on site
This place was a great location, not being familiar with the area. I really lucked out we could cross the street walk right onto the white Sandy Beach. You cannot see the ocean from this location, but they do have a pool out back which is really nice some maintenance issues when we got there and the contact for this was good about getting back in touch with me it wasn’t anything that was a dealbreaker for me, like lightbulbs burnt out and maybe wiring issues, fans that didn’t work, but it was really nice to have a kitchen and laundry there. Again the manager was really responsive, but with the issues we had between the manager the HOA and the property owner really nothing got resolved. I picked this place to make sure we had a outdoor space to hang out with daughter and her friend while we were in town and we were unable to utilize the deck due to construction. I think there’s three people in charge of this property and nobody communicates with each other. It’s an issue. Again we had a great time. Fabulous location place was clean but not wanting to deal with issues while on vacation was frustrating , wish I could give this place five stars, but I give it 3 because issues were not resolved and I was promised they would make it right and nothing has been done thus far, One of my favorite things about this place was the restaurant next-door called the shrimp shack and the across the street access to the beach if you go to the right, there’s no hotels and not so busy! The property is great and the location even better. Check-in was easy. Door-code worked great. The location is great as well, right across the street from the beach, next door to a restaurant, simple drive to all the trendy locations. Will definitely be booking here again.Hassle free trip!!!
My husband and I stayed here for four days. We loved the place! Very clean and well equipped with all the essentials we needed during our stay. It's beautifully decorated and relaxing. There was a small concern about the sliding barn door to the bathroom but we were the first to stay here since new ownership and Christian said he'd have it taken care of. The semi-private pool was a game changer if we didn't feel like packing stuff across the road or dealing with all the sand. I had the pool to myself most of the time. Most of the units in these two small bldgs were vacant at the time we stayed. There is a permanent resident couple next door that were extremely friendly and helpful. Even though the road in front can be busy, it's not loud or disrupting at all. I hope to be able to stay here again if we decide to go back to this area.

Perdido key
The property is in need of some attention. i let the owner know about several issues that i noticed during our stay.
1- the recessed lighting in the living room has a short in it and will shut off by itself.
2- the clothes dryer needs to have the lint cleaned ou of the exhaust in the back and needs a new hose. It was taking 3 1/2 hours to dry a small load of towels.
3- one day there was no water pressure for a short time. I turned on the water in the shower and no water came out at all.
4- The ice maker in the refridgerator did not work the whole time we were there.
5- we asked if there were beach chairs at the unit and the owner told us there were so we didnt bring our own. when we got there all that was there were 2 old style folding lounge chairs. i had to go out and buy our own chairs so we could enjoy our time on the beach.
6- there was no warning of construction being done at the unit while we were there. a little heads up would have been nice.
7- The door to the unit has one of the old type plunger things that automatically closes the door. well it is in very bad shape and i had to keep rigging it back together because it kept falling apart.
I think the owner needs to put a little money into the unit and fix these issues. Other than all of that the location was nice and the pool being right out the back door was nice.
I think the owner should go and actually spend some time at the unit so they can see and address all of the issues.
