The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath/shower, and the third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bathroom is conveniently in the foyer. This is truly a very spacious condo with plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy their stay at the beach. While visiting, you will have access to the amenities of all 3 of Sea Spray's buildings. This includes 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, well equipped beach front fitness room, and even a boat launch and marina across the street at our Riverside location, with an area for grilling. The property even has a tennis/pickleball court for those who like to enjoy a leisurely game. Many delicious dining choices are near by!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
