Beautiful Beach View on Ground Floor

Breathtaking view of beach from living room,kitchen, and bedroom. Can access pool and beach from patio. Condo has fully equipped kitchen for cookers.Also has large laundry room. Very comfortable king size bed in master bedroom,queen in second bedroom,and queen size pull out sofa. Quiet area,but close to action if you want. Best part is ground floor still has great view of beach and little fence for little ones.Large dining room table and bar.So no matter the weather,can still see and hear the beach.Only 10-20 minutes from Gulf Shores,Florabama,and Orange beach.So take advantage of quiet or go to excitement.Only one parking pass available.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. And the ground floor access to the beach was perfect. We would absolutely come back and hope to do so again in the future.

Easy access

Property is on first floor so no stairs is a great option with a short distance from parking lot! Beds are comfortable. Couch and chairs are comfy. Great view of the water and right next to the pool which you can cut through to get to the beach. Building is smaller than a lot of others which makes the beach in front of property less crowded. Bathrooms are nice size. Owner is very nice and responds quickly!

Beach Weekend

The location is great. Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Being on ground floor made our stay easy and very convenient. Heated pool was small but perfect for the 2 grandkids. We never cooked there but kitchen set up was good. Washer and dryer was used to wash/dry sheets and towels on departure. Quiet but it was November. Parking was very good just down a short hallway to condo unit. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect Beach Location!

Great stay

This was a quick evening stay on the beach. Coming from Texas on the way to Disney, this was a great middle point where we caught a few hours of beach time. It’s beautiful. We loved the first floor condo. It had terrific access to a really nice, uncrowded beach. Oftentimes, in Destin or Fort Walton, we would find crowded beaches. This was very nice.

Great beach home !

Wonderful, comfy, and right on the beach home! It was a perfect family vacation from going to the pool or going to the beach to heading to the shops and restaurants... All with in walking distance. Great area for viewing the sunrise and sunset, watching dolphins swim by, watching the sandpipers and pelicans look for food, beach combing, and just relaxing and listening to the waves while lounging on the lanai and reading a book.
