Beachfront - 2 bedrooms for price of one! 25% Add'l - Elevator in Construction

  • [This unit is on the 4th floor. The elevator is being replaced and expected to take up to 4 months. Project began 9/14/2026.

    Per Management: " In the beginning stages of the elevator modernization we will have the elevators back up after 5:00 PM in the evening until 6:00 AM in the morning. If we are able to leave the elevator on at 5:00 PM on Thursdays it will remain on until Monday morning. This situation may change at any time so please do not count on how long this will be available in this manner. Once we get to the point where we are beyond where we can leave them on in the evenings or on the weekends,"
    Also, the swimming pool is closed indefinitely due to a water leak.

    There will be sections blocked off in the parking lot and management has respectfully requested that guests not park near the equipment or throw garbage in the dumpsters being used for construction debris.]

From the fourth floor balcony, you will be able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset overlooking one of the top beaches in America. Once you see the sugar white sand and clear warm water, you will feel right at home!

    This condo has a pool, community room, and an elevator for your comfort. You will also have plenty of space to yourself as this condo sits on almost two acres and has 200 feet of beach. The inside has been completely renovated. You will walk in and immediately see the water through the new sliding doors.

    The kitchen is light, bright with a tiled floor, all new appliances, and is open to the living room with a breakfast bar and sit-down dining table with chairs allowing dining for six. The cozy living room has new furniture and a flat screen tv. Both the master bedroom and the spare bedroom are spacious and complete with all new furniture and flat screen tvs. Some of the biggest benefits to this condo is that it's only one mile out onto Perdido Key so you can easily get to shopping areas, restaurants, medical facilities, Pensacola Naval Air Station.

Wonderful Stay

Our first time at Perdido key...we really enjoyed our stay. Great place for a family vacation. Accommodations were fantastic. Geeat location and convenience to beach and restaurants. We look forward to coming back.

Excellent!

Great location on the beach with easy access which is helpful with little kiddos of course! Also plenty of space in the rooms for a pak-n-play for a baby and blow up air mattress for a toddler.

Beautiful Vacation Condo with a Beautiful View of the Gulf of America

The pictures in the VRBO listing are nice, but you have to see this place in person to believe it. It was the perfect condo with unbelievable views of the Gulf of America from both inside the main living area and from the Master BR, but most impressive from the 4th floor balcony. Everything exceeded our expectations and Bill was a gracious Owner/Host. Thank you for a wonderful month long stay!

Great view of the Gulf

The property was being repainted when we arrived. The owners where very kind in offering a cancelation or discount because of the inconvenience. Very comfortable stay.

First time to Perdido Key

Air conditioning unit on the balcony was noisy when running and threw off heat. Beaches were beautiful. Had to drive to most things but traffic wasn’t bad other than Saturday night by Walmart neighborhood market. Seeing the Blue Angels practice was incredible. Definitely go to the base to see them. Weather was great. Hope to be back next year.

Loved the viee

We loved how close to the beach it was and enjoyed the clear water. The condo was clean and as described. It was nice it was close to a lot of dining and shopping. The only drawl back was the tvs. You could only watch cable so we couldn’t use our accounts to watch movies so upgraded tvs would be a nice bonus and we love staying places and trying their board games out and this place only had puzzles. Definitely not a negative but overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Great little condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little condo. It is perfect for a weekend or short stay. The only thing I would say is the floors really need a deep cleaning and the trim, etc. I know it was at the end of the season so I'm sure that will be done. The HVAC unit sits on the deck and is very loud if if you want to sit out there and relax. The condo was clean. Pool is fantastic and the beach was private. We would stay here again for a weekend.

Excellent location

The property was in the perfect location for a quiet family getaway. The view from the balcony was absoluetly perfect. It was equipped with 6 chairs outside so we were all able to enjoy at the same time. Communication with the property owners assistant was very quick and appreciated when we had a few small issues. We have stayed at this location several times in different condos and this one was one of the less visably pleasing. The couch and chairs in the living room had stains and all of the furniture appeared to be very old and worn. We did wish the cleaning crew would have spent a little more time on the floors and the bathrooms before we checked in. Overall, we had a very nice stay. The annual beach trip was definitely a sucess for our family of 5. Communication

Beautiful Views

The property was as described. It was beautiful and the view of the dolphins was amazing. We really enjoyed how quiet it was although there was a lot going at the facility with construction. Although we had rain one day we still can’t complain. The facility was very spacious and was like we were stepping on each other. This has actually been one of the better places we have stayed in. I did not have to contact anyone, but prior to our arrival they were always responsive to any questions I had. There was a couple of things that could have made it better. The bedrooms were a little dark since all there were was lamps. If some ceiling fans could be added that would also help. Last thing…. If you could add black out curtains in the spare bedroom that would help keep the street lights from coming through at night. Not sure if you can add the ceiling fans but it is a suggestion.

Great location, beautiful beach, less than stellar unit

This building is perfectly located beyond the busyness of Orange Beach but convenient to several restaurants, groceries, etc. The beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. After having stayed in several units in this building, we were surprised and disappointed in the cleanliness and dated furnishings of this one. It is in need of some serious TLC-furniture is extremely worn and stained, doors and trim need cleaning and painting and kitchen needs to be updated and restocked with well working appliances, sharp knives, etc. The unit also needs a good deep cleaning. Doors and trip needed cleaning desperately, there was visible dust on the kitchen ceiling right over the stove top, mildew in the master shower, dusty baseboards and mildewy smell in the washer. We also had some difficulty with one of the televisions that could not connect with the cable despite our best efforts. When we made the property manager aware of the technical problems, he was very gracious and apologetic. He could not have been nicer throughout the rental process. Granted, it was the end of busy season and maybe these things are already in store for the off season. If so, this would be a lovely place to be next summer!

Cannot beat it for the price and location! Beachfront property with a pool on site as well. Perfect for a family of 4. Had family stay at another place down the street and they paid more for 3 nights than we did for the week.

Great accommodations. One level, no stairs, which was important to our sister who joined us, as she has limited mobility. Great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The elevator and loading carts made it easy to get luggage and food supplies in and out. Great location! Hope to come back!

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and plenty of room for families. I definitely would recommend this place to other families and couples. The pool and beach were amazing. Very good hospitality and always there to help you if needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Host were very responsive. Everything we needed was in the condo. We always stay in perdido, this was just the right space for our family and for a great price. Only downside of the building is the location of the pool, its shaded by 3pm. Not a huge issue. We were pleased with the condo and host!
