Enjoyed our stay
House was very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good communication with property management. Great location, easy to get to wherever you want to go. Best part was having your own beach in your backyard. Sitting and watching ICW traffic go by, everything from dolphins to barges. Very relaxing. Will be back.

Beautiful spot with a beautiful beach
We booked a week at this sweet beach house for my mother’s 70th birthday and enjoyed every moment. The house has a nice open kitchen and living area looking out to a beautiful private beach and waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses etc and was perfect for our needs. Although the home is older and could use a little updating with the bathrooms, the decor is charming and well suited to ‘beach life’ entertaining .

Beautiful home and location
Home was in a beautiful location. We loved the private beach and watching all the boats. Sunset Grill is easy to walk to for dinner and am amazing sunset!

Our second time staying
My husband, 2 dogs and I just love the location. The locals are so friendly and we enjoy the fresh seafood. This property provides anything you may need which helps with packing, but stores are a close drive away. We enjoy walking to Sunset Grill every evening to see the beautiful sunsets.

The location was spectacular! We took our kayaks and beached them in the back yard. The kitchen is well stocked and open to the living area. We watched dolphins playing right outside. We will definitely return!

Warm getaway
Nicely located to watch all the boats go by - and there are ALOT of boats that go by. Walk out the back door to paddle board around the bay. Easy drive to Publix and down to the beach. Very convenient location. The furniture is a little out of date, but it worked. Kitchen is very user friendly- plenty of dishes, pots and pans.

Private Beach Paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Perdido Key. The beach was beautiful and the kids had fun hunting for hermit crabs in the morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to make the seafood feast from Joe Patti’s in Pensacola. We enjoyed the puzzles and games and loved all the table for different activities. Calling it "quaint" would not do it justice.
Absolutely loved this vacation home! I think one of the descriptions or reviews for this place was "quaint," because it is an older house. But that is not at all how it should be described. As a person who's personal decor is consistently very modern, I thought I wouldn't be impressed by an older home, but I was mistaken. Being an older house gives it character - - it felt like being at home versus feeling like a stranger in new surroundings. Not to mention the interior is gorgeous and spacious. It is apparent, the care that is taken to make this house seem like a home away from home - from the fresh scent of cleanliness (cleaning was impeccable) when you enter the door, which was refreshing to me, to the cable throughout the house and the internet that extends all the way to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the peace and tranquility of being on a private beach made the experience that much more enjoyable. This house is also very close to a public beach. So, if you're looking for a little more excitement at times, you have access to it. The locals are very friendly. Also of note, management is very responsive, and very thorough, which is a plus for me. If I have any negative feedback it would be the stairs on the deck and path to the beach should be well lit with solar lights at night before someone has a misstep; and it should not be the guests' responsibility to bring the garbage cans to the street and back for garbage pickup. If people are on vacation, no one wants to pay a lot of money to work. That's the attraction to getting hotels, bed & breakfast, rental homes. Nevertheless, overall we really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate staying here again...just not on garbage day. LOL Great place! I highly recommend!

We were locked out
Old house that has a fresh coat of paint. We were locked out when we arrived. Keyless entry had dead batteries. There was dirt on the queen bed, dead bug floating in the toilet, cockroach in the master shower. Hallway shower was so gross, everyone used master shower. Supposedly house was just cleaned so all of these things should not have been an issue.

Our guests just love this beach home even though it is a bit older. Sorry you were disappointed with your stay. Our website photos certainly reflect the age of the home and all of it's charming aspects as well as beautiful beach/water view. We were so happy to hear from you initially and able to take care of batteries and linen. We wish we would have been notified about the shower. We would have immediately sent someone over to tend to an extra cleaning of the shower. Our instructions indicate if you encounter any issue to let us know so we can make it right for your family.

Perfect views!
Just a few steps to your private beach and gorgeous sunrise AND sunset views. Enjoy your favorite drink on the deck and watch the beautiful array of boats go by. The neighbors we met were super friendly. My husband brought his Weber grill accessories with us, but the grill has been replaced with a propane. Very convenient location for food, necessities and shopping.

Great location and great for families
we really enjoyed this house. it was well stocked with necessities like towels and wash cloths and several cleaning supplies. The beach out the back steps was perfection! the only suggestion i have is to put curtains on the front windows and above the kitchen window since our neighbors were right there. other than that we really enjoyed our stay. sunset grille in walking distance was an added bonus.

Above Expectations!!!!
Wow! Wow! We absolutely loved this property. Based on pictures, we expected the outside to be great but the interior was a pleasant surprise!!! The entire interior has been painted and has new flooring. The lighter color makes it look more updated and clean! The kitchen/living area was a wide open space and perfect for gathering. The bedrooms were clean and again, the new flooring was great! The outside was spectacular. We had two dogs so the fenced yard was great as well as the private beach. Setup your beach chairs and umbrella if you want some sun and sit under the deck if you want shade and a nice breeze. Best of both worlds! We had a lot to see with the boats coming by of all sizes as well as dolphins! This is a great location/great house. I would definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic Beach Home
This home was the best location to the beach, town, activities, etc. The neighbors were super friendly as well. And the house is located on a dead end street. So the neighborhood is very quite. We had multiple encounters with blue herons. They seem to almost interact with us! The views were magnificent as we sat on the beach or inside the house and watched the boat activity. We brought my senior dad, my son, and his wife and 2 our grand babies. The house was a perfect fit for all of us, including our two dogs! From age 4 months to 87...a perfect home for us with plenty of room! The open floor plan was very convenient for the activities we shared together as a family. And the kitchen’s island was enormous! Lots of rooms to play games as well as prep food and have a staging area for the next days activities. I highly recommend staying at this location. Our only issue was some thorny vines in the back yard area. But the fenced in yard wrapped from the front to the back with no holes so the dogs were safe while in the yard. Next time we are back in the area, we’d love to stay here again!

the home and location are great! Loved it! the furnishings and bedding could use some updating though, they were a little rough, but we would definitely come back there ! (The murals painted on the bedroom walls were adorable)! So peaceful, and off the beaten path! I loved not being in the heart of all the vacationers! Best kept secret in the area!

Perfect Vacation!
This is our 3rd time staying at this house! My family loves it! It has it’s own private beach on the intracoastal water way and you can just sit and watch the boats go by. The fishing is good too! Close to everything! We will definitely be back!

Great place for a family vacation.
This rental was nicely laid out for having a large family or a few couples. There was plenty of seating, space, and kitchen items for the 8 people we had in our group. We didn't have the best of weather (Cristobol was coming through), but were still able to enjoy the beach area and water access in the back yard of the property. There are also a number of restaurants nearby.

Private Beach.......Priceless!
The property was ideal for our time away at the beach. Enjoyed by all, both young an old and our pets enjoyed it too. The outside porch was terrific for relaxing and watching the children on the beach. Enjoyed the large social room where we had a direct view of boats going by. Very quiet area for a good nights rest in all the bedrooms. I would not hesitate booking this home again.

House was all and more than we expected. It lacked nothing lots of silverware and dishes. Great beach. Wife thought th9 blue herons were a little to friendly. Had a great time i believe the gal who cleaned the house was named Jenny she met us there when we arrived did an excellent job having it cleaned for us. Would definitely rent it again.

Girl’s Trip
Very comfortable home. Roomy living area, plenty of closet space, well equipped kitchen, GREAT deck, nice beach front on the bay. We usually stay in Pensacola Beach but decided to try Perdido this year, and we really liked the area, although not as many good restaurants and shopping. House could use some updating, but we liked it. Will consider coming back again!!

Wonderful Week!
Our family and pets had a wonderful time staying the week! The home was wonderfully clean, fresh smelling and cool despite the “feels like temps” of105+ most days. The view is spectacular! We had so much fun watching the boats go by and fishing from the beach. We loved all the outdoor spaces! The open concept main room was wonderful for enjoying views 24/7. All the bedrooms were clean and nice - fantastic master with more great views! Fully stocked easy to navigate kitchen. We’ll be back for sure!

Good had a relaxing stay.
It was almost like going to grandmas house. Need to get rid of carpet in other bedrooms. Lamp would not come on even after changing bulb in bedroom with twin beds. Bedroom needs better light for reading in bed. The back yard has thorn bushes (weeds) growing everywhere. Great back yard and deck. Yard just needs some cleaning up. Would make deck more enjoyable if you had a blower so it could be cleaned easily and more thoroughly each day. Love the big open floor plan. House was clean except for dead bugs on the floor when we got there. I would definitely recommend this home for families, girls weekends, etc.
