Completely reimagined from top to bottom, this stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom private beach home is designed for ultimate relaxation and unforgettable memories.
Breathtaking Views & Open-Concept Living
A wall of windows on the main floor brings the breathtaking emerald waters of the Gulf right into your living space, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. The open-concept layout ensures your group can be together—whether playing games, preparing meals, reading, working at one of two desks, or simply lounging while watching TV. Keep an eye out for dolphins splashing just beyond the waves!
The unique floor plan places bedrooms and bathrooms at opposite ends of the house for added privacy—no carpeting anywhere! Two king-sized bedrooms, including one with a brand-new ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower and double sinks, are on one side, along with a double twin bedroom and a second full bathroom. On the other side, you'll find another king-sized bedroom and a double twin bedroom, along with an additional full bath.
All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs, and the home is WiFi-equipped for your convenience.

Amazing View, on beach, Family retreat for wedding

Perfect view and beach access, easy to get to, groceries close by. Photographer @kaylajordynphotography (kaylajordynphotography.com) was incredible at making our daughter’s wedding photos look like a magazine shoot! Can’t say enough about the amazing flavors produced for dinner and appetizers by chef Shaun @chefshaun6412 (chefshaunmichael.com) who catered a to die for dinner (and he did the shopping, prep work and cleaned the kitchen up before leaving!). Definitely recommend this place. Deck has ample gathering space.

I didn’t rate it an overall 5 because of the ice maker and the second refrigerator not being available. We bought ice twice and were there in February. The main ice maker just didn’t make much ice. Hardly any ice output. I recommend a separate ice maker. We did have an air conditioner issue but it was fixed with a few hours of calling. The renovations are very nice and they are continuing. Our really really appreciated the fact that our dog was allowed to stay with us. Finally, The view of the beach was great. It was a relaxing time for all.

Bottom of the List

The property was as described in the listing but check in was at 4 and we were not allowed to get checked in to condo until well after 4. Which was disappointing since we had driven 12 hours to get there. They blamed it on cleaning the property but we walked into our room and there was a smell and there was still dried vomit on the pillows….. along with hair all over the floor in the bathroom. Not very clean in our opinion. There was several other small things that we were some what disappointed in but it was a condo at the beach so we just made the best of it. We have been to Navarre twice now and have stayed in numerous condos in Florida. Unfortunately- This did happen to be the bottom of the list stay wise.

It is the perfect location to enjoy soaking up the sun and seeing the Jester Parade. It is well equipped in the kitchen for our chefs, and anything you need for a vacation. There was plenty of room for all 10 of us plus visitors.The rental staff is so polite and professional and always answers the phone to take care of any issues you might have. We have already decided to rent again for next years parade.

We came with a group of 3 families and it was PLENTY big enough. There is an extra fridge downstairs that was sooo handy when having a large group. The house is minutes away from the bridge. Huge windows on the backside of the house make for a beautiful view of the ocean.Also, the customer service of the rental agency is top tier. I’m telling you it doesn’t get better than this! We will definitely be coming back!
