Elevator Modernization Project – August 11, 2025 through Early 2026
Starting Monday, August 11, 2025, Emerald Isle Resort will begin a major elevator upgrade project to
improve safety and reliability.
• Only one elevator will be in operation during the project.
• Expect longer wait times—especially during check-in, check-out, and peak hours.
• Stairs are available and may be quicker for short trips.
• Project is expected to last about 28 weeks.
Work Schedule:
• Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (noise minimized before 8:00 a.m.)
• At times, cranes and equipment will be in the parking area—please use caution.
