Phoenix 9 Unit #1007...You're going to love this spacious two bedroom that is just a six minute walk to the Flora Bama..and a one minute drive! Located right on the beach, Phoenix IX is the perfect place to enjoy the sugar-white beaches of the Alabama's Gulf Coast!

This unit features HUGE floor to ceiling views of the Gulf from the living areas and patio! In addition to these amazing views, the living room features a flat screen television and a queen-sized sofa bed which allows this unit to sleep a total of 8 people! The fully stocked kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker) features a breakfast bar for convenient eating space for 3. The dining table overlooks spectacular gulf views and will serve 6! The spacious, tiled balcony also features outside dining space and lounging space as well!

This 2 bedroom has 2.5 bathrooms, which will certainly be well received when everyone is preparing for a night out at one of the many amazing restaurants Gulf Shores has to offer!

This beautiful master bedrooms hosts a king-sized bed. A flat screen is available for your viewing pleasure, and the room features lots of dresser storage space as well! The master bath will be a treat to come back to after a long beach day...especially its jacuzzi bath tub! This amazing bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double-sink vanity, which will also be perfect when getting ready for a night out!

The second bedroom has two queen sized beds that will be perfect for the kids and it even has a flat screen for them to enjoy! They will also have their own bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo and lots of closet space!

Orange Beach vacation

This condo is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to prepare breakfast each morning. We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was in excellent shape & well supplied with everything we needed. The patio was lovely & the view was wonderful for both sunrise & sunset. We even saw dauphin playing. HOWEVER we were there for snowmegeddom & EVERYTHING was closed Dow for 2 full days.

Gorgeous condo! We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the great room. The beds were very comfortable. We’ve stayed at many different condos and this one is one of our favorites!

Well needed break

We’ve stayed at the other Phoenix’s but this is our favorite. We will be back! Clean property. Everything you need. We never left until we left to go home. I would highly recommend this property.

New Summer vacation spot

My family & myself were very impressed with the condo we rented for our beach vacation this year. It was immaculate, had everything we needed, plus was in a wonderful location. The views were superb! It was great to be able to wash & dry suits & our gear. Fully stocked kitchen with everything to cook & clean. The beds were comfortable. Plus cold a/c & hot water! They really thought of everything… like the elevators that access the beach- just go down directly to the bottom floor & it’s just a short walk on pier to beach. No lobby to have to go to or other things, bypass it all. They have multiple water sprayers located on the deck walkway to rinse off. Pools were nice & parking garage was awesome as well… secured, safe, & clean. This is an Awesome place for a short or long summer beach vacation & we look forward to returning back…Thanks!

Thanksgiving

Location is great. Unit itself is dated. Very stingy on toilet paper and paper towels.Usually you get at least 1 extra roll. Whatever used paper products in place is all you get. I had to call maintenance because our A/C wasn’t working. His response to me was open the doors, it is going to be cold tonight and the open door will cool the unit. I requested an AC Technician which after 2 phone calls requesting one was sent out for repairs Cleaning staff does a fair job, needs to pay attention to details.

Nice Property - needs to be refreshed

We loved the condo, it needs one word, PAINT, yellow doors, molding, the fridge, all need to be refreshed. 7 ft crack in the dining area ceiling. The patio had just been redone with subway tile very recently according to Pete the Property Manager. The 12 x 12 tile and dirty grout throughout has to go. The living room furniture is TIRED, 5 different tables in the living area, nothing matches. The pools, tennis court, boardwalk to the beach, all great. Parking and elevators great. Construction and parking lot maintenance happening during our week there. This is a superb property. Our unit 1007 was tired. Granite in the Kitchen and baths would be a nice touch. Would stay here again with the above improvements.
