The condo features a queen bed in the master with a flat screen wall mounted TV, a twin bed in the second room, plus a living room with a flat wall mounted big screen TV and a queen sofa bed for extra guests. This first floor unit is the perfect location for couples and families. Watch yachts, fishing boats, and barges sail by as you relax on the patio. Many days you can see dolphins from the balcony. Walk straight out the patio gate to the pool, the lobby, the workout room, and the parking lot with no stairs to climb and no wait for elevators. The private patio has 2 tall Adirondack chairs for relaxing, watching boats cruise by, watching dolphins, and for watching the Blue Angles fly. Yes the Blue Angels do formation flights directly over the condo on Tuesdays and Wednesdays most weeks from March to October. There is also a patio table with 2 stools where the kids can get a snack before heading back out to the pool.

The den has a big screen wall mounted TV, queen sleeper sofa, leather recliner, dining table with 2 chairs and a bench, and also 2 bar stools.

The kitchen has a full sized fridge, 4 burner electric stove, oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, cups, glasses,Keurig coffee maker, and dishwasher. You will have everything you need to prepare meals in the condo, or take a short drive to one of the many local restaurants with everything from seafood, to Italian, to Mexican, and even Irish and Thai food.

The bath room has a tub/shower combo. Towels and washcloths are included for your use. Also a hair dryer, ironing board, and an iron are supplied.

The condo has the best fishing pier on the entire Big Lagoon, which is only for owners and guest at HarbourPointe. There are benches on the pier to sit on and watch the sun set.

The pool and hot tub are elevated with spectacular views of Big Lagoon. Charcoal grills are a available on the pool deck for cooking your burgers or steaks. There is nothing like grilling while watching dolphins and boats cruise by as the sun sets. We have a small sand beach at the condo with shallow water and small waves which is great for younger children. No sudden drop offs and no huge waves to knock the kids down. There are numerous Public Beach accesses at Perdido Key and Johnson Beach is a short 10 minute drive. The Naval Air Station is a 5 minute drive. We are within 10 minutes of many restaurants. WalMart is 10 minutes away.

We own 2 condos here because we love the Harbour Pointe resort, the location, the amenities, and the residents. Spend a week here and you will see why we chose Harbour Pointe as our second home.
