Wonderful weekend

Great place to get away for the weekend. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the condo and the beautiful view of ocean.

Beach girl vacation

My sister and 4 nieces and I spent the week here and had a great time. Loved the proximity of the condo to the beach. Our condo had everything we needed. Great location to all the local attractions and restaurants.

Excellent condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Although Hurricane Francine crashed most of our visit, we were extremely cozy and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. We came in and the place was really cleaned and smelt good. Robert was checking in on us and answered calls and texts quickly. We are definitely coming back here next visit.

Great Location with beach view

Location was great with a few restraunts, shops and sweets within walking distance. Other restaurants were just a short drive. Great views of the gulf!!! Condo had everything you would need. Communication was great with detailed arrival and departure instructions. instructions.

Weekend Getaway

Upon arrival we could smell how clean the condo was. It was amazing. Location was absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking. Everyone we encountered at the complex was friendly. Definitely plan to book again in the future.

Perdido Skye vacation

Excellent location, excellent faculties. There was work being performed. while there. The work had been delayed and no control from owner. It is a great place to stay. I'll go back to Perdido Skye for sure. (Thanks Shelly)

Great LOCATION! Walked right up to the condo with no difficulties! Day One, washer gave trouble, within a few hours someone was there to fix it! Very Clean upon arrival! GREAT FAMILY AREA for beach access and pool! Beautiful balcony view! Would Definitely come back to stay again!

Had a great time, room was clean and as described. Only a few things could be better; such as the dryer doesn’t dry very well, the bedroom TV remotes didn’t work, and a few more cooking utensils would be great. We also knew going on there was construction going on, however we didn’t expect to be bothered first thing in the morning to replace a door hinge that absolutely could have waited until we checked out the next day. Overall it was great and we would stay again!

Great beach front condo in Perdido Key, FL

Nice property! Pretty beach decor thru out the unit! Clean, comfortable and has everything you need for kitchen, linens, bedding! HVAC works great, unit stayed cold but did smell abit moldy/mildew smell which we brought Lysol and air freshers to combat the odor! There was a lot of noise coming from workers repairing exterior of the building which was ongoing the 5 days we were there! We loved being so close to the water! Only 1 elevator serving 7 floors, so sometimes it was a wait to use! Pool was clean, warm and nice to swim in! You can rent chairs at beach but pricey! We would stay at this property again! Great/helpful staff too!

Good and bad

The condo was easily located and the view truly could not be beat. The decor was very cute and beachy. However, when we arrived we were almost knocked over by the smell of the febreeze plug-ins. We unplugged them immediately and soon realized their purpose. The entire condo had a horrible musty smell. It was the worst in the bedroom. Even the dishes in the cabinets smelled kind of musty andsour. (everything in my suitcase had to be washed when I got home due to the smell.) Kitchen counters and appliances were very clean but the floors were absolutely filthy. The tiles were practically black and we had to wear our shoes the entire time. When we moved the chairs to the table you could clearly see the outlines of the furniture where the floors had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was dust covering the light fixtures. And the ice maker was also broken. The hosts were made aware of these situations, but apparently there were some communication issues as they kept telling me they were trying to text/call even though my phone never rang. My phone was receiving calls/text otherwise so I'm not sure what was going on there. I find it hard to believe they were actually trying to get in touch. We were finally told there should be ice trays, which there were not. There was construction going on as well so there was nowhere to sit around the pool whatsoever, but it wasn't a big deal since we spent most of the time at the beach anyways. Amazing view of the beach! Robert was fantastic and replied quickly to text messages. The only reason I’m giving a 4/5 was because the floors were dirty and the bedroom had a weird smell but other than that, our stay was fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great. The pool was very nice and the beach access was perfect. The bedding smelled a bit musty, like it needed a good laundering. The microwave smelled very strongly like whatever had last been heated in there. Other than that, it was perfect!

Excellent View of Gulf

Larger balcony on 7th floor Unit was super clean and didn't overdo the beach theme. Just enough but not too much. Management addressed all our small questions very quickly.
