Pensacola Beach vacation

The property was perfectly located on the island, close to all the sites and the beautiful beaches. It was nicely decorated with a wonderful balcony and terrific views. We were totally satisfied, great vacation. Next time we travel to Pensacola Beach we’ll know where to stay.

The property is well taken care of and has all of the essentials that you will need. It has a beautiful view overlooking the bay. The owner was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and made sure that my husband and daughter’s stay was perfect. Highly recommend.

Beach getaway

Our vacation stay was awesome! This place was great for us. My husband love the view of the bay where we can see all the boats and everyday life. The beach is walking distance and very quiet it’s not over crowded. Just the way we want it. Definitely will book again

Pensacola getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and had a nice view of the sound. Can also see the gulf from the front hallway. Very quiet unit. We enjoyed the walk everyday to the Main Street - about 1.5 miles - and then would grab a bite to eat and walk back. Short walk to beach!! Beautiful white sand beach!!

We absolutely loved this condo for spring break week! Family friendly with beautiful views! Tresa is so easy to communicate and work with! Easy booking process! Great birthday week

Condo was perfect for my husband and I.Easy walk across the road to the beach. Close to Peg Leg Pete’s which is our favorite restaurant. Enjoyed the pool at the complex. The owners were great to get along with and easy to contact.

The condo was excellent; the back deck was HUGE with a variety of comfortable furniture to sit on. Fishing off the condo's pier was absolutely wonderful! Always catching! So much fun! Yet also, so quiet and peaceful. Loved our stay!!!

Summer Beach Break

This unit is exactly as listed. Perfect space for two or a couple with small children. The walk to the beach is easy and you are one block away from the popular restaurant, Peg Leg's. We found the property itself to be quiet and relaxing. A 5-minute drive will have you in the middle of it all at the Pensacola boardwalk.

Very nice, clean condo, situated in quiet part of bay, across from beach. Can see the beach from the unit as well as the balcony opens to the bay. Restaurants and activities within walking distance. Has everything you need to cook after a day out or start your day with breakfast, and the host is very nice and responsive. I will stay here again.

Lovely apartment at the beach

The apartment was clean and well equipped with a great balcony overlooking the water. The air conditioning and wi fi worked well and there were two large screen TVs and a washer and dryer. The huge bed was comfortable and we slept well. The beach is 5 mins walk away, across the road. The trolley stops outside the property. There is a pool and tennis courts close by.

Quiet Beach

This condo was perfect for our family of four (kids 8 and 6). The ocean was visible from the front door and a beautiful view of the bay from the back. The walk to Peg's for lunch and the convenience store next door was super convenient with little kids. The trolley stops right out the front door, walk to the beach wasn't bad. We loved the gigantic pool and access to the shuffleboard courts and pickleball court. Overall it was the most convenient beach trip we could imagine. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Great Location With View of Bay And Great Pool

Overall the location with a view of the bay and convenience to the beach and city of Pensacola Beach were were wonderful. Wonderful pool. During the end of September it was very quiet such that you almost felt as if you had the location to yourself. Inside the kitchen and living room and porch were nicely decorated and furnished. The only thing we would recommend would be that the owners provided more items to make it more tourist friendly, for example, beach chairs and an umbrella and a few more cooking utensils and a non-stick frying pan. If we had these it would have been a five.
