Welcome to Portofino 2-1808! This condo has the best of both worlds! Walking distance to the Beach and the Lifestyle Center! Beautifully renovated with all new furnishings!

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Guests will have access to all resort amenities including Spa, Fitness Center, Tennis and restaurants including Coastal, and Al Fresco.

Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island.

Portofino’s beautiful waterfront location, stunning accommodations, world-class resort amenities and customized service standards – make it a natural indulgence. No other resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico, the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The vast complimentary and discounted amenities make Portofino Island a great vacation value.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Great Sound view!

This condo is in Tower two which is very close to the main pool and beach facilities so convenient! The condo has been recently renovated and is beautiful. Lovely blue and white beach themed decor. Especially nice are the two recliners perfectly positioned for a fabulous view of the sound. We saw some spectacular sunsets. The unit is in need of instructions on how to connect to WiFi and check out details. The beds are comfortable, there are dimmer switches on the main lighting in the living area which was nice and a clean jacuzzi tub so bring some bubble bath. There is no grill on the balcony and the furniture outside wasn’t updated but it was fairly comfortable. Portofino is a really nice resort and we enjoyed having the bar and restaurant by the pools. We had a marvelous vacation.
