P1-1007 Portofino 3B - Sleeps 10! Great for families!

This could be your home away from home! Highlighted decor almost for an under the sea feel, with unmatched views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. It is even possible to sit out on the wrap around balcony in the rocking chair to take it all in. This unit features a grill on the balcony for your personal use, in addition to a fully equipped Gourmet kitchen. Furnishing a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the second, a Queen in the third, and a sleeper sofa this unit flaunts a 10 person arrangement. Allowing leisure time will necessary with access to the heated pool and spa at the base of the tower, and the beach just a skip away.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Family get away at Portofino

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. We love it. The view is absolutely beautiful. The layout is well thought out. The option to rent beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, coupe car, bikes & use the play structure was an added bonus to our stay.

We enjoyed staying at this property. However, we didn’t have enough towels or a broom. The beds in the double room were not comfortable. Every time someone moved there was loud creaking! Be sure to bring all of your supplies!

This classy coastal unit is AMAZING!

Have stayed at Portofino several times but this is the best unit by far! Sleek modern coastal design with high tech appliances and all the amenities! There is nothing basic about this unit - you get what you pay for! Beautiful view of both the Santa Rosa Sound and the beach!
