Enjoy the relaxed vibe of contemporary coastal design in this two bedroom/2.5 bath condo. It is the perfect choice for families, offering comfortable accommodations for up to six guests.

The master suite is furnished with a king-size bed, and the guest suite features a queen bed. Both bedrooms have private water-view balconies, en-suite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, a washer and dryer and WiFi.

The property is exactly as pictured online. The owner provided us with a generous amount of necessities needed to get through a week’s stay. All is comfy with a beautiful view. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the balcony furniture to overlook the top of the balcony.

We were informed just before our arrival (after driving from NH to Pensacola) that we would not be staying in the condo that we had rented - and that we had been assured was the one we saw on the vrbo website. Apparently the owner made a "last minute" decision to list their property for sale and took it off the rental market. In our opinion, the owner should have honored any rental agreements that were already in place. The condo we were given as a substitute was ok, but it was sparsely furnished (something like a holiday inn motel). The view from the balcony was superb although way too large for two people.
