Walk across the street to the sugar white sand beach and emerald waters of Pensacola Beach, or stroll to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk where you can dine, shop, and unwind. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 8th floor condo has glorious sunset views from the private balcony overlooking Little Sabine Bay. The kitchen features soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa accommodates up to six guests. For indoor meals and entertaining, there is a dining set and bar stools, or head out to the balcony for al fresco dining while enjoying panoramic views.

The spacious, almost 300 square foot balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with large charter boats headed out to the Gulf, paddle boarders, and kayakers enjoying the Florida sun. At day’s end, marvel at spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon, leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall, watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle.

The property has a sparkling swimming pool with year-round access looking out over Sabine Bay. Once you park your car in this gated complex, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home. The boardwalk and famous Casino Beach are within easy walking distance, and a free beach trolley is available during the season. Nearby, enjoy charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises, parasailing, go-carts, and rental shops offering jet skis, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. South Harbour is an amazing year-round choice for family and friends to get away from it all and discover a slice of paradise.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 until August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.

Special monthly rates are available from January until March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments made.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.
