Villas on the Gulf N6 is situated directly above the dunes of Pensacola Beach, there isn't a closer unit to the sand to be found. Having lived in the area for decades, we knew the minute we had the rare opportunity to have this premier unit as our own, we couldn't pass it up. Hopefully, you will come experience why we love this amazing beach property so much.

The unit has been remodeled with no expense spared. From the plush living room furniture, to the beautiful artwork and one a kind pieces, the attention to detail make this a place like no other. Pour yourself a drink, relax on the balcony, and unwind to the rhythm of the waves. Watch the people coming and going, visiting the beach that is your home for the length of your stay. Send a selfie using our high speed wifi from the comfort of the balcony with the sugar white sand and crashing surf as your background. Maybe just stretch out on the sectional and watch a little TV. However you enjoy to spend your vacation, Villas on the Gulf N6 is the ultimate place to make every moment of it better.

When the beach is a bit to much, as if that ever happens, spend a little time relaxing by the community pool or feeding the resident ducks in the canal in the complex.

When it's time to gear down for the night, there is a comfy king bed in the master suite and a queen bed and daybed in the guest suite that allow you to sink into a blissful rest after your long day of enjoying the sand and waves just outside your door.

This condo was wonderful and close to the beach. The only complaint anyone had was the stairs but the view from the balcony made it worth the climb.

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful property and quiet location! Beach is perfection and not too crowded. Amazing experience watching the Blue Angels Air Show at the beach and on the balcony. Host was very easy to work with. The ONLY downside is the 2 flights of stairs if you have someone who has trouble with that. Would most certainly stay again!

On the beach

The property is a little older but the unit is brand new AND PERFECT. Owner thought of everything. We enjoyed our time on the deck (a thin strip of white sand between us and the ocean) . Spectacular view.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, master bed was comfortable (we didn’t have anyone staying in the second bedroom). Kitchen had everything we needed and there were beach chairs and an umbrella to make your beach time more comfortable. The best thing is the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the beach! Couldn’t be better. Be prepared for stairs- as there is no elevator, but we didn’t mind. Loved the location- not right in the middle of all the business, but close enough!

This was the perfect location. Only a couple minutes drive to all the restaurants and shopping; so easy to get to, but a little bit away from crowds. The condo was very clean and up-to-date. You cannot be this view. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys available to take to the beach. There are two flights of stairs to climb, but that was not an issue for us. The beds were comfortable, TV and all the rooms, and all around just a great place to stay. I can’t wait to book it again when we come back!

pensacola beach trip

the place was great on!! On the beach, beautiful view. However, the place was not clean! There was an ant problem in the kitchen. None of the rugs had been shaken, so sand was sticking to our feet before we went to beach. i was looking for my glasses in the Living room and under the couch there was old food wrappers and plenty of dust . there were also dust blobs on the tops of the door frames. When I spend money to stay someplace, I like to know is clean. Apparently, this place needs new cleaners!!!

Adequate Accommodations

The listing is mostly accurate. The condo could use a deep clean (furnace filter replaced, ceiling fans dusted, air returns dusted, tidying of the kitchen supplies, etc). The bathrooms could be updated (specifically the master bath shower doors as they are basically non functional). The biggest downfall of the listing is the pool. Though we visit the coast for the beach, the pool is something we use at the end of our days. This pool water is nothing I could allow my children to spend anytime, it’s in need of so much repair and at least balancing of the pool chemicals; it was a major disappointment. Overall, it was adequate for our time away. We had a place to call home without excessive noise or disruption. The stairs were not too much for us or our three children ages 11, 10 and 5. We did appreciate the beach chairs and umbrella that were there. We also appreciated the AC, it was very effective! The furniture was ok and the TVs were functional. We did appreciate the value and communication with management.
