Whether you're planning a family beach vacation or a relaxing getaway with friends, Regency Towers #407 West offers a comfortable Gulf front retreat with everything you need to enjoy time by the water. Wake up to beautiful views of the sugar white sand and emerald Gulf waters, then spend your days soaking up the Florida sunshine.
Inside, you'll find a coastal inspired living area where everyone can gather after a fun-filled day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and snacks, while the living room opens to a private Gulf front balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with the sound of the waves.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two double beds, making it a great space for kids or additional guests. The second bathroom also features a walk-in shower. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.
