Beautifully updated 2 BR w extra bunk room, family friendly, ocean front condo

Welcome to "Good Times & Tan Lines". This is a newly updated large beach front corner 4th floor condo with a beautiful view. This is the largest two bedroom with a washer/dryer in Sans Souci. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an extra room with a full over full bunk bed. This extra room that comes with this two bedroom unit makes all the difference and is hard to find elsewhere! You also have access to a storage room on the first floor where you can store your beach chairs/toys etc. We have three TVs and three DVD players, and smart TV capability.

You are so close to the water you can see dolphins swimming in the beautiful clear water. There are several very good local restaurants nearby and a convenience store right across the street. When you are tired from a day at the beach, just walk across the street to the infamous Peg Leg Pete's. The front entrance also offers a beautiful view of the bay. San Souci is gated and safe. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Great condo/location

This condo is everything we want in a vacation home. Easily the best place we’ve stayed. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, balcony has plenty of seating.

Amazing

We enjoyed every second of our stay at this condo. We love this apartment complex with a pool, parking and direct access to the beach and have stayed here multiple times. Most of all we love the unobstructed view of the Gulf. This condo in particular was the best we have enjoyed so far, because of the beautiful interior and well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of towels to last the full 9 days and we even had access to a closet with beach chairs and sun protection for the beach, an umbrella and a pavilion. Exceptional. We will definitely return next year.

Awesome time at Tan Lines

We had a great time at this condo. We have stayed often on in the pensacola Fort Walton area for years since our kids were little and have finally found our favorite place. Will be booking this for next year as soon as tomorrow and may not wait all the way till next year to go again. Thank you, Amy, your thoughtfulness in directions was greatly appreciated and we enjoyed the touches in your beautifully decorated condo

Great location, property and hosts.

Amy was very communicative and helpful. The property had everything that we needed, and was very well kept. It presented a wonderful vacation vibe. I'd like to have been able to stay longer and make a dent in all the books on the shelf. Beach access was great. Covered parking was a bonus. Pensacola is a nice place to visit with family. The opportunity that this property presents bumps this locale up on our priority list. Would love to visit again.

Amazing Family Vacation in this Condo!!!

Sans Souci 402 was beautiful. Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning. It was spotless when I arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/extras. The view from the balcony was perfect. We often sat out just listening to the waves. The pool is very large and we enjoyed it and the beach which is 4 minutes from the condo.

Perfect location

Our stay here was excellent. Parking was easy. 1 thing to note is Google Maps will take you to the exit rather than the entrance, so I did pass the gate my first go around. Communication with the owners was great. The place was a lot bigger than I anticipated which was a nice surprise. Access to the beach was easy and was the prime reason we chose to stay here. I also loved that there were recycling options on the property. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a pleasant stay at the beach.

Perfect!

This is a gorgeous condo that is stocked with more than most. It's in a great location. The walk from the condo to the beach is so close... no burning feet and tired backs from hauling beach items. Speaking of, there is a super convenient locker located on the ground floor to store your beach chairs, toys, etc. The beach wasnt crowded at all, elevator wait times were minimal, and we just really enjoyed our time here. Can't wait to come back!

Another amazing sans souci stay

This is our 7th time staying at sans souci, and this unit did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and updated, comfortable beds, and a unique layout in that the second bedroom is like two bedrooms in one. The kitchen was well stocked with things to make your stay easier, which we appreciated. Check-in process was easy, and we also appreciated the keypad on the door instead of having to carry around a key. Zero complaints about this condo and we would 100% book it again but one thing to note. We have always had complementary chairs included with every condo we have ever booked at SS, but this one does not come with it… you’ll need to reserve and pay for chairs each day on your own. The laid-back vibe of this area coupled with walking across the street to peg legs in the evenings… you can’t beat it!
