Beautiful Gulf Front 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Beach Condo at Starboard Village #212

Gorgeous and spacious Gulf front living at Starboard Village on Pensacola Beach! The only unit with a private entrance makes this beach condo unique and convenient! Only 14 steps from ground to the front door of your dream vacation condo. This unit features an open floor plan with a breath-taking focal point of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Custom kitchen and bathrooms are a must see to appreciate the love and care the owners put into this family beach retreat. In Starboard Village - Unit 212.

This one-level condominium includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sizeable balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access where you can enjoy hearing the waves from bed! The second bedroom has a queen bed with a queen size murphy style bed that contains a memory foam mattress. A laundry closet with washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Please let us know if you have young children and need any additional gear (pack-n-play, high chair, etc.) - we have it!

The unit comfortably sleeps 6 and includes parking for 2 vehicles; a one car garage located directly next to the stairway entrance and an additional outdoor parking space.

This picturesque and charming condo is located in Starboard Village, a small complex directly on Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. A swimming pool with sun deck is another great feature all family members will get to enjoy. The condo is stocked and ready with four beach chairs, an umbrella, electric grill, bicycles, and beach toys available for our guests. We try to have everything our family and yours would need for the perfect beach getaway!

***Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday 5/26/18 thru 9/07/2018. Please contact us for possible exceptions dependent on availability. Blue Angels week will end on Sunday 7/15. ***

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies.

Beautiful condo

The location is absolutely perfect. The condo has a private entrance which was very nice. The deck is huge with great view of the ocean and the condo was decorated beautifully. We have stayed in 20+ condos over the years and this one was more spacious than some of the 3 bed/baths I've rented. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Had a great time and will be back!

Love this property. So close to the beach and not a lot of people jammed up on the beach like at the bigger condos. This was my second time staying here, I love it. Had everything we needed. There’s a door off the garage with everything you need for the beach. It’s a short walk and so nice not to have to haul everything down 20 flights on an elevator. It’s only 3 stories and it has a private entrance. Visited with some neighbors that live there, so nice. If you like quietness and some privacy on your beach vacation stay here. Also, quick walk to Peg Leg Pete’s which is always fun! Host was very easy to communicate with:)

While the condo looked lovely on all the pictures, the pictures did not convey how wonderfully spacious the condo is. I have been spending 4-6 weeks on Pensacola Beach for the past 5 winters, this was the first time I didn’t need a thing. I didn’t have to unpack the 2 bins of extra cookware, kitchen towels, potholders, dishes, silverware, bath towels. And the icing on the cake…the most beautiful and therapeutic view of the dunes, sand/beach and gulf…oh! the sound of the sea! The balcony was huge and the furniture was high-end and comfortable! The owner reached out during our stay, wondering how we were doing and if we needed anything! Also offered recommendations on eating out etc! Thank you Linda! We couldn’t have been more pleased!
