This is 507 West at Regency Towers. Only two resorts on Pensacola Beach have one bedroom condos directly on the Gulf of Mexico. No walking across the street carrying your cooler. The owner provides you a set of beach chairs and an umbrella. This condo has been recently updated with new smart tvs and new kitchen appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals. The fifth floor balcony is great place to watch for dolphins or enjoy the Sunset. The western view provides a quieter location looking down the beach instead of a pool view with the noise. This condo has two queen beds. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub/shower combination. We have outfitted the condo known as 'Serenity' the way we like to find a unit upon arrival ; easy access, clean and comfortable. Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

This location has beautiful beach views with late morning and afternoon sun and is close to shopping, restaurants and the Pensacola beach boardwalk and still far enough away to be calm and quiet.

Great Get Away! Pensacola Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely furnished and the ocean view was amazing. This is easily our favorite spot along the gulf coast. We were very thankful to find a place that allowed our small pup to join us. Plan to book again.

Pensacola Trip

We were visiting from Chicago. Very beautiful condo right on the beach. Really appreciated it being dog friendly. It was cloudy and some rain, but we still went to the dog beach every day and dog friendly restaurants nightly and had a great time! Not too crowded overall for mid Sept. Ron was a very responsive host and made everything go smoothly for our stay. Thank you!

Enjoyable Stay

Nice unit, great location. However, unit in need of some updates (kitchen, some furniture old and should be replaced). Listing stated that an umbrella and 2 beach chairs included in rental, but this is no longer the case. Bathroom recently updated, unit very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean and easy access to beach

My husband and I and my small yorkie really enjoyed our stay there. The condo was clean and easy access to beach. A beautiful view from balcony. We were disappointed that we could not bring our yorkie on the beach with us. The dog park is about 2 miles from condo which was fine but small inconvenience Overall it was a great trip.

Nice condo with an amazing view

A very clean condo with a nice kitchen ready to cook in. Lovely bathroom with shower and laundry. Comfortable furnishings and cable tv. The balcony is superb with an amazing view of the Gulf. Leave the balcony door open for nice surf sounds in the evening. We plan to return again next year !!

Perfect for a couple and pet

Our 6 days were perfect. Incredible weather and the unit was the perfect size for 2 people and a dog. The unit is nicely kept up, clean, and with all the amenities you need. The beds were extremely comfortable. The owner's instructions were easy to follow from start to finish. Our family has vacationed in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Perdido Key over the years and I have to say Pensacola Beach tops them all. I would definitely recommend it and hope we have the chance to enjoy it again.

Great getaway

This condo was great! It actually is bigger than expected. Clean and mostly updated. Brought two large dogs and still had plenty of room. The location is great! It’s near all the local restaurants. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent which was also super convenient! This was one of the most dog friendly places I’ve ever been as well. The host is very helpful and responsive. There was no delay in waiting for replies. Would definitely recommend and will come back.

Wonderful

We loved our week here! Communication was great… he even checked in with us during the incoming hurricane. Check-in was easy. The condo was clean and the views were so relaxing. Loved having a quiet beach so close, as well as a very nice pool. My only suggestion would be more comfortable furniture on the balcony. With such beautiful views, I wanted to spend hours out there sometimes. The table and chairs have seen better days. :) We definitely will book again! Thank you, Ron!

Cleanliness and beautiful view

The condo was immaculately clean. However our check-in process did not go as smoothly. Due to a long-term tenant rental before us we were not able to check in until 3 1/2 hours after our promise time. And when we tried to contact the host and the VRBO company we did not get a response. We were lucky that the cleaners were still in the condo and they were frantically working to clean the place for us to stay that night. The host finally contacted us the next morning, and did give us a dinner certificate. The view was absolutely beautiful, the beach is phenomenal, if only the check-in process would have been as promised.

Wonderful Birthday Trip

I loved this place. Ron was great to work with and was very quick to answer any and all questions I had. The condo was everything you could ask for. The view from the deck was one of my favorite. My little dog loved the patio as it was glassed in and she could see out without fear of falling. The doggie beach was just down the road and we visited it several times. There was also a very nice area out front that I was able to walk out fur baby. You are very close to so many great places to shop and eat. We were there for 10 days and only had to leave the beach one time. The beach was beautiful and well taken care of. Lazy days beach service had our chairs and umbrella up. I would recommend them to anyone. Very nice people. To be honest the only problem we had this whole trip was trying to decide where we wanted to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks for making my birthday week so enjoyable

Great place to stay !

This was a great location located just steps away from the sand. Easy check in with a email sent to me with details how to check in. Good price for for what we received. 1 bathroom with walk in shower , washer and dryer in the unit . Also the owner provided a beach umbrella and a few beach chairs. There was some construction going on during our stay . The owner went out of his way to make sure we we had rented chairs an umbrella on the beach. When i first saw theis place i thought it could be a scam because the two different floor colors in the pictures and a few other things that weren't the same . I was legit and small little unit that sleeps 4 people comfortably. It was recently updated. Also close to restaurants that are on the island. One suggestion is to purchase food from walmart before heading to the island, especially if ot is Blue Angels weekend. Overall great experience and great to work with.
