Newly furnished and revamped for the 2025 season. This condominium is a gated community with a huge pool and hot tub, a fitness center, meeting rooms, an enclosed storage unit, and assigned parking spot. Located next to Peg Leg Pete's and the Tom Thumb convenient store, you will never have to go far for food or supplies. There is also a trolley stop located right in front of the complex.Being built in 2006, Emerald Dolphin is one of the newest buildings located on the beach. The condition and attention to maintenance is nearly unmatched at any other condo on the beach. This open and spacious condo offers jaw-dropping views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room and the 312 sqft balcony leaves plenty of room for outdoor enjoyment of our beautiful sunsets. With Granite counter tops and tile floors throughout the unit All of the furniture is clean! With dual master bedroom. The Queen and Full bunk room has an attached bathroom with dual vanities, jetted tub, and huge walk in shower. There is plenty of room for storage with large bedroom closets .The gated access provides privacy and security and the covered parking garage protects you and your vehicle from the elements. There is also a storage yard for recreational vehicles and small boats.

Great place and host!

Great location with even better views. Our host was very acommodating with all essentials and this was probably one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. Would highly recommend and we'll be looking forward to visiting again

Best location on the beach!

Emerald Dolphin is our favorite location on the beach. The unit had great space and the outdoor balcony is a win! The view is amazing and it’s good outdoor space for 4 adults. Bring your binoculars for viewing….the sunrises and sunsets are amazing.

Great location!

Perfect location for a girls trip with little ones. We liked the added security of a gated parking lot/access to the complex. Beautiful view with a quick walk across the road to the gulf. Communication with the host was great as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

Great location and very clean. Excellent communication with the host. The only negative is the bedrooms didn't have any blackout curtains so it was had to sleep once sunrise. We will choose Pensacola over PC from now on bc it's much less crowded. So close to Fort Pickens we absolutely love the location.

Wonderful

Very nice accommodations, just as described! Quick response from host when my husband had trouble with the door access code, which was my fault for not reading the email in its entirety… the information was all provided! The pool was unfortunately very cold, but we did a brief polar plunge then headed for the hot tub! (It was snowing on the morning of our departure!) I would love to stay there again!

Perfect for New Years Eve

My husband and I stayed here with friends for one night at New Years Eve. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and in a perfect location with gorgeous views of the water. The host is very responsive and accommodating. One thing to note when you stay is there are floor to ceiling windows and doors in each room. They do not have curtains. Just sheer shades that don’t really block the sun. Your room will be bright at sunrise. Overall it was still a great experience.

Checked All of Our Boxes!

Our first vacay at Pensacola. We were looking for something that was nice, roomy, beach view, & dog friendly….& this place checked all the boxes! We absolutely loved the condo & the breath taking view. It was equipped with everything you needed including stuff for the beach. Plenty of towels & rags. The beds were comfy. I seen others complain about the sheer curtains but we didn’t mind, it was nice waking up with the sunrise & be able to see the breath taking view. Construction was still going on but didn’t hinder our stay. The only thing is the outlets on the wall by stove didn’t work, we thought the coffee maker was broken & almost panicked. Lol. We definitely will be booking again in the future. Also wanted to add that the pool was really nice too. Very refreshing. :)

Great place

5 star on everything! We love this place. Very clean, short walk to the beach, beautiful view, convenient location, good amenities, good parking, easy check in, manager very responsive, necessities all provided (we still brought our own because it's sometimes a gamble lol). There are two minor things that bugged me slightly. 1. The master bed is kinda flimsy so when my husband rolls on his side he would wake me up and vice versa, so one of us ended up sleeping on the full size bed in the other room with kids on the bunk bed. 2. The blinds are very thin so it doesn't block any light at all in the morning, and there's no blinds in the living room. However, these are very, very immaterial and it could just be me being picky. I wouldn't change the 5 star review. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again if I visit pensacola in the future.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view but this place truly needs some deep cleaning. The tile floor grout is black and grossed me out. Toaster and blender were broken. Mold around kitchen sink and master shower. Just know when renting this condo that the kids get the master suite! The king bed is in the bedroom with the shared guest bath down the hall. We did not like that! The rooms badly need some better curtains unless you like getting up extra early on vacation, we don’t! But, the air conditioner is great! For the amount of money we paid for this, we were a little disappointed. We also never received check in info. I had to contact the owner on our drive down to try to figure out how to check in. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. Probably wouldn’t ever rent this one again unless said items above were addressed. Definitely wouldn’t pay what we paid for it again. We were very grateful they allowed us to bring our golden retriever, she loved it and the view is amazing!

Nice Views

When we first walked into the condo, we realized the condo has not been cleaned. We were disgusted. Had to contact the host by messaging, it wasn’t easy to find her phone number, so I ended up chatting with VRBO to find the phone number. Finally got in touch with host and she was very apologetic and said this has never happened before. She did send a lady to clean the condo. The dishes in the dishwasher was dirty. We had to start the dishwasher. After the initial shock, it was a pleasant stay. The views were amazing. Having Peg Leggs restaurant next to us was very convenient. We ate there daily. Also, Tom Thumb next door was convenient. Just like the other reviewers stated, the bedroom situation wasn’t ideal. The master bedroom didn’t have an attach bath, so we stayed in the other room with bunk beds. That room didn’t really have a nightstand with a table lamp, so it was a hassle turning the light on and off. Also, the shades in the windows were so sheer, and did not block out the sunlight and lights from other condos around us. We still enjoyed the stay due to the very nice views from all the rooms and balcony.

Family Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying here and We love it here. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The room was clean and stocked with everything you needed. We had the best family vacation staying here. We will definitely be staying there again soon.

This condo was perfect for our family of 8! We have 6 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The condo was beautiful and very clean! The view was AMAZING. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning while drinking our coffee. The kids loved the pool at night time after a long day on the beach. The beach is just a short walk across the street. This condo was perfect and we would definitely stay here again!
