"If the staff weren’t so nice, I would give this property zero stars. Again, to start positive: the employees are very nice and professional. And that’s where the positives end. I hadn’t realized this was a motel, what with the word suites. Walls are so thin, I could hear person a floor above pacing and baby a couple doors down screaming. The metal toilet paper holder fell off (note: employee at desk very kind), there was no soap (except a tiny circle bar of hand soap), no shampoo, etc. no coffee maker. There was a stovetop and cabinets but cabinets were empty. No cup to boil water. No pan. No silverware. Also, no hairdryer, etc. the radiator when set to 80 degrees just emitted cold air. I needed the white noise to try to block out the noise so I froze. I guess that’s it. I won’t be staying here again. Despite the nice employees. Maybe if Red Roof invests a lot in a major renovation it could be a nice place to stay. "
