Everything about the property was awesome. Perfect location on the lake. Very friendly neighbors! Hot tub was incredible. Spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so very much!!!
This property was the perfect location, and was so spacious! Had every ammenity you could need and was very clean! The only thing I would say to that, is there was pet hair on the comforters and furniture covers. Not a huge deal as we already knew it was a pet friendly home and someone from a prior stay had mentioned this in a review. We had a great time, and the enclosed(and heated) sunporch was so nice to have as we had some periods of rain and chilly weather. We would definately stay again!

Quiet and Beautiful
This place has a picture perfect view of Seneca Lake. Wineries and breweries galore! Although it is a pet friendly home, all the furniture was covered in pet hair when we got there, including the sun room furniture. Vacuuming was not on my list of things to do right when we got there, but if you don’t mind getting covered in pet hair, you won’t have anything to worry about! Other than that, it was a very clean home. The hot tub was wonderful to sit in and watch it snow on our stay!
The house was very nice and very clean. The location was great. The host was welcoming. The step coming from the porch into the house is too high and a tripping problem; that might be addressed before someone really hurts themselves. All in all, a house I'd consider returning to.
Quiet, clean, peaceful. Everything we needed and super clean. Little hiccup with the heat on arrival, but the management company took care of us and got everything up and running asap. Loved the house and all the amenities. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful location and nice house.
There were aspects of the house that were disappointing, and took away from the enjoyment of such a beautiful spot. The air conditioner that blows hot air into the porch, essentially made an otherwise lovely room unusable because of the high temperature. The listing indicates two kayaks and one canoe were available. The two kayaks, although usable are in very poor repair, and were filthy and full of leaves, debris and dirty water which required 45 minutes of cleaning. The “canoe” is not a canoe - it appears to be a two-person kayak that has no seats and therefore was unusable, and was more filthy than the kayaks. I suggest you modify the listing or provide an actual canoe. The basement was extremely damp and smelled of mold and mildew when we got there. We had to dig the dehumidifiers and air conditioner out of the closet get them hooked up and run them for quite a while to make the air quality down there tolerable. I feel those should’ve been already installed and running before we ever showed up. There was also a strong smell of sewer gas in the downstairs bathroom, as though there is no trap in the drain line.We don’t expect perfection in a rental, but these are significant things that I think should be tended to, and because of them, I would not recommend this house to friends and other family. Overall we enjoyed the week, and it really is a nice place in a great spot, but it would have been even better.
