The house is amazing and has everything you need-the kitchen is well stocked. It’s in a nice quiet area where you can enjoy the hot tub and fire pits but still close enough to do winery tours! The owners were quick to respond to questions and we really enjoyed our stay-Thank you very much!

Beautiful house and property with plenty of space indoor and out. The house is very well stocked and great location to lots of different things while being secluded. We would stay here again! The only downside is that one of the "bedrooms" is just a bed in the hallway.

Wedding Weekend

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the weekend of my wedding and it was just absolutely perfect. Such a beautiful home, with lovely outdoor areas too. We sometimes come to the Finger Lakes in the summer and I'll keep this property in mind!

Lovely weekend stay

My family stayed here for a wedding on Keuka Lake. We were blown away by the cleanliness of the house and the amenities included. The house is gorgeous and elegant. The hot tub is a lovely bonus and the backyard is incredible. Irene had great communication and accommodated both an early check in and late check out.

A hidden gem!

This property is amazing! So peaceful, gorgeous and spacious!!! We had a wonderful time relaxing here as well as hosting my daughter’s graduation party here. Bachelorette Weekend

The Friends and Family Farmhouse was perfect for our bachelorette weekend visiting the wineries! It was the perfect size for our group of 11 girls and the location for visiting the wineries was great! The house had a beautiful outdoor area, as well as multiple perfectly decorated large spaces inside to hang out and relax/play games. Irene was an excellent host, answering all of our questions within minutes. We look forward to staying at The Friends and Family Farmhouse in the future!

NOTHING SHORT OF PERFECT

I booked this property for a bachelorette and it was nothing short of perfect! Very cute and quaint property that has everything you could want for a 4 day girls trip! The backyard set-up is to die for! The owner is easy to get a hold of if there is any issues and extremely accommodating!!! We had an amazing time and we want to go back! I recommend this listing to everyone!!!!!!

Cute beautifully renovated farmhouse with a hot tub, near wineries and breweries

A group of 6 of us came for the weekend. We enjoyed cooking together, going in the hot tub, playing cornhole and games at night, and then during the day we enjoyed shopping at the outlets and visiting some nearby wineries. The farmhouse is very beautifully renovated and in a peaceful setting. We had a great stay! The hosts have thought of some great details to make your stay better, such as numerous towels by the hot tub; coffee provided ; and condiments in the fridge which was convenient. One tiny recommendation we would make is to make the overall water temperature on the hot water tank a little hotter for showers. We would definitely stay again!

Finger Lakes Fabulous!

Just an outstanding VRBO! We were in the region for a wedding and the entire wedding party was getting ready at the house. 4 large, beautiful bathrooms, this home is like walking into Pottery Barn, the finishing touches are amazing. The outdoor space is incredible, massive fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, covered seating area with propane fire place, huge patio with table and chairs for eating. We requested to host the rehearsal dinner and the owner provided table and chairs. The converted garage space is great for a family card game. The owners are exceptional, texting us to say welcome, offering to provide anything we needed. Communication was excellent. The location is great for access to the wineries and towns of Penn Yan and Geneva. I highly recommend this VRBO for your group.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the friends and family farmhouse. The home is immaculate and so well thought out. Not a single detail was spared. The pictures online do not do it justice. The outdoor space is perfect as well. Highly recommend without a single reservation.
