    The Finger Lakes are calling you to this cozy home showcasing amazing views of Keuka Lake inside and out. Follow the private stair path down to the private dock and waterfront to spend the day at the lake. Two kayaks and life jackets are provided for use during your stay. You can also launch your boat from nearby Penn Yan (five miles away) and tie it off at the dock. Groceries, local dining options, and all the supplies you'll need to stock up on during your stay can also be found in Penn Yan.



    The Space:

    For a break from the lake, you can spend a day tasting your way around the area's many phenomenal vineyards and wineries.



    The interior features an open layout that seamlessly blends the kitchen and living areas. An electric fireplace and mounted mini-split air-conditioning are equipped for year-round home comfort. The kitchen includes all major appliances plus a convenient countertop dishwasher to handle meal prep and cleanup with ease. The main bedroom boasts a sleek modern fireplace for a private en suite ambiance.



    The private deck offers a lake-view perch that is furnished for outdoor living with highlights like a grill, an outdoor dining table, and a firepit.

Private getaway

A beautifully decorated home with lake access right across the street. We ended each evening with kayaking up and down the lake. A perfect getaway for couples and families alike!

Only issue was the keypad that didn’t work so was frustrating. But the property was lovely and all the other details were great.

Long weekend

The house itself lived up to expectations but I spent more time trying to clean out the debris and mud from the kayaks than I was able to use them for. That was super disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I booked this place. A leaf blower and broom need to be taken to the dock access. The house was clean and fine for our stay and in a decent location to check out state parks.
