"I had two rooms bc the first room was so disgusting !!! It smelled like a dog peed and they closed the door for 1 month . Floor filthy . Had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to be able to shower . Second room was worse . Whoever is the cleaning staff needs to find another line of work bc they are not doing their job . Hotel was so nasty I left before my stay was up !!! telephone didn’t work , no fridge or microwave which was ok I guess . Front Office staff more concerned about entertaining guests behind the desk than working !!!! Accusing me and gaslighting me into thinking hey we asked if the room was ok . No you didn’t !!!!! AVOID UNLESS THE CAMPGROUNDS ARE FULL !!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for the weekend for my son’s wedding and it was a great location with a lot of stores close for last minute things. The house was very spacious with just about every amenity you would need. Cleanliness at its finest. Very easy self checkin and the host was so very kind and attentive (although we didn’t need anything) they made sure we had everything. Great communication. Plenty of parking."

"I liked clean room & daily fresh towels. Parking is good although sometimes guests park in front of my room & i have to then haul my suitcases to only spot I could get against the fence. Not usual occurance but frequent enough to be annoying. Refrigerator is good but it nearly freezes everything on the lowest setting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"This hotel refused to do anything or make it right from a serious situation. I made two reservations on behalf of my husband who has never been to Buffalo. They solely came from out of country to attend the Sabres' playoff game because a family member plays on the team and this location's proximity to the arena seemed great. The floor they were on had two rooms full of people and over capacity. It was reported to staff that they were threatened by a guest in the hallway who was under the influence. Smoking was happening in the rooms nearby. The staff mentioned in the elevator, before my husband said anything, that they were going to tell the front desk about it. My husband has severe asthma and it deeply affected his breathing during the stay. At check out, they were told those parties were going to be evicted. The hotel has now refused to take responsibility. This establishment should be completely embarrassed for the complete lack of safety to guests. We will never return and will encourage others, including friends and family travelling to Buffalo, to never stay at this hotel."

"I booked several hotel rooms over a busy weekend. Half of my reservation was cancelled because the hotel had overbooked, it left us having to struggle to find another hotel - and pay double what the cost of what we had originally booked. One member of our group checked in to the Comfort Inn for a 4 night stay, but had to leave after the first night because the smell of smoke was too strong. The hotel is not a smoke free property, there is smoking in other rooms, and the smell permeates the hotel, no matter how much air freshner they spray. Do not stay here if you don't smoke, seriously."

"I picked this place without checking the reviews which was a mistake - the many bad reviews seem justified - they gave me two full beds instead of a king bed that I reserved; the door security guard fell to the floor as soon as I opened the door (I put it back on but needs fixing) - room seemed to smell a bit probably from smoking. the soap dispenser was empty so I used body soap from the bathroom. "

"We did not use the laundry service. Shopping was great. My daughter has been a big Bills fan since her college years. She’s 55 now and being in that house and sharing the experience with her 16 year old son and Mom was a joy! I haven’t seen her this excited in a very long time."
