"Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette magnifique maison! Nous avons très bien été reçu et la maison est conforme à ce qui a été décrit ! Nous avons adoré le cadre calme dans lequel se trouvait la villa. La piscine commune est très spacieuse et nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. "The view of Peniscola from the Villa Atalaya is truly breathtaking.The outdoor amenities were very nice and used extensively by our group with one big exception…..THE POOL. Because we were coming mid April, I had confirmed the pool was heated before we booked. During our stay the weather was cool at 17/18 Celsius. The pool was barely heated. We asked repeatedly to warm up the pool, but by the time we left it was colder than when we arrived. I was given conflicting answers that the temperature...

"Ein großes Haus mit schönem Pool zur privaten Nutzung. Alles wichtige (Einkaufen, Restaurants...) zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und alles rund um die Buchung lief problemlos und nett. Benicarlo ist ein schönes Städtchen, aber nicht maßlos überlaufen. Der Papageienpark ganz in der Nähe des Hauses ist gerade mit Kindern einen Besuch wert. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge.Einziges "Mini-Manko" ist der Steinstrand gegenüber des Hauses. Mit ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg erreicht...

"Pros: La casa está muy cerca de la playa de las Fuentes, está muy nueva ( electrodomésticos, baños,…) y es cómoda y fresca, solo tiene aire en el salón pero no pasamos calor.
La piscina está a 100 metros de la casa y es grande y cómoda también con espacio de césped
Pedí entrar un poco antes y salir después de la hora y nos permitieron hacerlo.
Hay varios espacios fuera de la casa para poder estar con sillas y mesas
La verdad es que hemos estado muy bien, recomendable 100%
