This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. I really took advantage of all the amenities that this hotel offers. Do try to go to Acualandia to the waterpark for kids. Another great activity for the kids. And having the beach walking distance from the hotel is priceless. Book your room today, you and your family will love it here! And last but not least, friendly service was very much appreciated.

Estancia muy agradable

Hotel muy bien ubicado frente a la playa y no muy lejos del castillo con lo cual no había aglomeraciones para poner la sombrilla. La limpieza diaria muy bien y cambian las toallas todos los días. El buffet muy bien cocinada , sobre todo los arroces, y la variedad muy aceptable teniendo en cuenta q estuvimos 10 días . He de destacar que estaban continuamente reponiendo la comida con independencia de que bajaras tarde a comer . En general el personal muy amable y los camareros muy pendientes de retirar los platos de las mesas cuando habías finalizado . Cuestiones a mejorar: - La calidad del pan y ampliar la variedad y con respecto a los productos lácteos ampliar la variedad y el stock. - El acceso al comedor es haciendo la fila por fuera de las instalaciones del hotel , teniendo que soportar el sol incidiendo en las cabezas o bien la lluvia . Algunas veces ponían sombrillas pero lo suyo es que ideen otro sistema más cómodo para los clientes. En líneas generales muy recomendable la estancia pero si no te gusta el ambiente con niños NO vengas porque es un hotel pensado para familias y niños .

Éste hotel está muy bonito para ir con tu familia y tus hijos, tiene desayuno y cena incluida y el lugar es muy bonito. Se parece como a la isla del padre en Texas, pero en España lo recomiendo.

Es el tercer año que vamos a este alojamiento y muy bien, tienen un buen buffet, cerca del casco antiguo unos 12/14 min andandado depende del ritmo. Aparcamiento cerca del hotel, animación para los más peques, la playa es solo cruzar la carretera.

Su buena ubicación, esta enfrente de mar y en el paseo marítimo, para ir dando un paseo hasta el castillo en unos 15 min estas. El aparthotel esta muy bien y tiene un buen servicio. Lo recomiendo para ir con niños, tienen muy buena animación.

Todo fenomenal, la única pega es que en algunos puntos había muchisima gente. Lo que más nos gustó fue la variedad de comida del desayuno y la localización del hotel.

Mucha animación pero poca calidad en el resto

Almohadas y colchón malos para un 4*. Comida mejorable , usan la misma plancha para carne y pescado así que no está rico. Tuve que llamar varias veces la atención en recepción porque observé que en la cocina los trabajadores no llevaban bien puesta la mascarilla y en el comedor mientras preparaban las mesas tampoco. Y ya el remate fue que Un día al llegar al apartamento nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos un hormiguero en la habitación , bajé y me dijeron que ya me mandarían a alguien a quitarlas , así que les dije que qué menos que cambiarnos dado el precio que habíamos pagado . A los diez min. Subió una señora de limpieza y sin decir ni hola entró y se puso a fumigar la habitación , cuando mi bebé de 15 meses estaba cenando , y sin decirnos a ninguno que nos saliéramos de alli cuando yo ya había quedado con las de recepción en un cambio de apartamento ( cambio que hicimos a las 23,30 con el agravio que supone) Dejé una queja por escrito al director del hotel y durante los 4 días siguientes no tuve respuesta ( sigo sin tenerlas) En su favor diré que la encargada de limpieza me pidió Disculpas varias veces ( una señora encantadora) Mucha animación para niños pero un lugar flojito en calidades si tenemos en cuenta que tiene 4 estrellas.
