Nice and clean, friendly staff

This hotel is amazing. We were there out of the tourist season which was perfect. The unit has a nice kitchen so that we could self cater. We tried to get to the buffet on the first day, but it was incredibly crowded, most likely with a tour group arriving at the same time. Instead we did some shopping at the spar shop in Benicarlo nearby. Dolores was especially helpful in showing us the way into the parking garage.

Not very confortable, too big to manage with kindn

Too many rules (I bet necessary in such a big hotel), but timetables shouldn’t be more important than guests. Food is really good, they should inform that you have to book in advance for thematic restaurants, because there are long queues for that and use to be all full… apart yes not very comfortable,little cabinets, little rooms….

Relacion precio buena, atencion mejorable

Tanto el apartamento como las instalaciones del hotel relacion calidad precio muy buena, pero no esperes un 5 estrellas. La atencion en algunos momentos deja mucho que desear, algunos trabajadores muy simpaticos, con otros parece que les debas dinero. Estaria bien que los empleados supieran de las ofertas del hotel ya que en una ocasion nos quisieron cobrar por algo que teniamos incluido y hasta en dos ocasiones ella insistia que no. Nos pillo la dana.

El apartamento en planta baja muy cómodo y amplio, la limpieza excelente. Ambiente tranquilo y familiar. Los servicios del hotel muy buenos, la comida y restaurantes de 10. Lo menos bueno la ubicacion, queda lejos del centro.

Oud gebouw en stank

Alles in de woning is oud en versleten. Kasten hangen los, matrassen liggen er slecht, erg vies, banken en stoelen vol met vlekken en vertalen, stinker enorm naar riolering. Zo kan ik nog wel doorgaan met opnoemen wat de gebreken in de woning.
