The hotel is in an excellent location with loads of restaurants, shops and bars close by. It a bout 20 mins walk to the pink street and 30 minutes to the beach. The rooms were clean and the amenties in the room were great also. The breakfast was a bit disappointing tho, however there is a few choices but it could be better. The scrambled eggs didnt look great and the breads were quite hard like its been out for a while. They do offer breakfast till midday which is great. The staff are very friendly, however I had 4 rooms booked so it would have been great if we had all our rooms on the same floor as it meant a lot of up and down. Also i was the main booker of the trip and the vip member however i was given the smaller room out of the 4 rooms and the room that had the bell going off early in the morning which was quite annoying as it woke me up quite early. Overall i would stay here again and do recommend it, just hope the hotel take my comments on board to consider for future guests.

Beautiful hotel with great room and very friendly and helpful staff. Location very accessible to city and main areas of attraction. Lovely breakfast.

The rooms and the public areas lived up to my expectations of a heritage hotel. But the bathroom in our room on the top floor has seen its better time and does need touching up. Besides, we noticed a puddle of water on the bathroom floor every time we showered. We were sure the shower door was closed. So apparently there are plumbing issues that need to be addressed. The towels we placed on the bathroom floor were soaking wet every time after we showered. It was not only annoying but downright hazardous.
