Breanna was fantastic — when I couldn’t figure out how to use the lock, she returned my call quickly and helped us get everything sorted out right away. "Not well staffed. Had a long wait to check in though I was the only person at the desk. No hot water available for tea, cold coffee. The person at desk said she wouldn’t have time to tend to that even though the guest seating area was full of people wanting refreshments. Why do people think it’s ok to walk barefoot from pool to rooms. Put up a sign "
