Castell Dinas The remains of the northern gate tower of this castle which dates from Norman to early Middle Ages period. There are extensive earthworks ariound the flanks of the hill. Public access to this impressive site is by way of a permissive footpath provided through the Tir Gofal agri-environment scheme.

The staff at this pub make it and the bed is very comfortable with nice sheets. The bathroom for me was to small meaning i couldn't have a morning shower and the breakfast included is is not a hot buffet (this needs to be told when booking)
