"We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. "We were welcomed and showed where to park. Went in and the lady welcomed us and showed us around and then took us up to our room.. A beautiful place all round. Spacious, clean and well lit room with tea making facilities (which we appreciate so much). Comfortable bed, nice shower and very yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to the area. The couple are very nice people."

"Warm welcome from Rob and Sherrie, lovely chilled atmosphere. Room was lovely, had all you could want. Bed comfortable, slept well. Breakfast was delicious, sausage and bacon was truly tasty. Access via track, very deep holes in a couple of places, but this wouldn’t stop us and would recommend, great location for Welsh Botanic Garden. "
