Para mejorar destacamos: no hay aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de agua que no es eficaz y hace mucho ruido, deberían poner por lo menos un ventilador de techo o de pie silencioso. Las ventanas deberían tener mosquiteras, y los amenities (jabón, champú, etc) eran escasos y de mala calidad. El desayuno muy pobre (tostada bimbo y café). "I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...

"This was amazing. To be staying in a 500 year old monastery was remarkable. The history was awesome. We were in an amazing suite with all the luxuries you could want. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. We would certainly recommend this hotel."

"We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Just a short walk away from the Palace and its gardens that are well worth a visit. Highly recommend."
