"When we arrived very late due to delayed flights the room type we booked was given away. When I asked for a change in my room rate the person checking me in could not provide me with a new rate and then suggested I ask the manager for points. The room I was then given after midnight, was not cleaned. Linens were strewn about and so were used towels. The next room we were given could not be lit from the entry way and 2 of the lamps did not work. The next morning, we asked to switch to the room type we were paying for which was arranged. We were not assisted in moving our luggage. To get the charges for the first night changed, I had to wait for the manager to come in at 1 pm. After 1pm I was not contacted by the manager. When I was in the lobby later I needed to ask for the manager. The manager said she would print out a revised charge list for me. It was not provided until check out. The breakfast staff was very nice. The parking lot is nothing worth an additional charge of $10 per day. The first day we left the room late and took the DND off the doorknob at about 1 pm. It was not cleaned when we returned. Someone came by around 5 pm to offer towels I asked them to empty the garbage."

"I’ve stayed at this Marriott plenty of times and never had an issue until this visit. As a Bonvoy member, I usually receive water or a small welcome gift at check‑in, but this time I wasn’t offered anything.On top of that, the elevator was down for a couple of hours. My room was on the 4th floor, and I had luggage with me, so I had to wait until the front desk called to let me know it was working again. I wasn’t about to carry bags up four flights of stairs.Overall, this stay didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from this location, especially given my loyalty and past positive experiences."

"The carpet in my room was so dirty my colored socks actually turned completely black. The TV did not work and they had to switch it then the new remote did not work and they had to switch that. The room phone never worked so I could only contact them through my cell. The property had garbage on the ground by the trash can from Friday when I checked in till Sunday when I checked out. The pool only had 4 lounge chairs for the whole property but apparently no one uses the pool either way. I stayed here a month ago on the 2nd floor and that room had new floors but no fridge or phone. The free breakfast is a joke but that is what is expected from a property that doesn't care about their rooms only their golf course. The housekeeper did not speak any English and forgot to replace my hand towels or washcloths, so I was left without them. Their restaurant is closed and so is the tiki bar by the pool, there is nothing here but a golf course. They don't show it but you have to pay to park so be prepared."
