"As always people that work at this establishment absolutely go above and beyond. 20/10. The rooms are very neat and clean. I cannot say enough lovely things about the people. The only opportunity is some despair in one of the hot tubs and the water in the pool/hot tubs has some stuff/human soup floating around. But that’s splitting hairs. "

"Every aspect of the stay at the Pan Pacific was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were kind, welcoming, and helpful in directing me to different locations. They upgraded my room to a suite with a separate bedroom, balcony, and fireplace. The size of the room was equivalent to my apartment in Vancouver. The hotel is close to everything one could need. It is extraordinarily clean and well-equipped. "
