Sometimes I waited at my door for over 10 min for security/maintenance to arrive to let me in. Zero amenities or compensation offered for the significant inconvenience. "

"It had nice amenities ( like Ruth’s Chris Restaurant and valet parking) but cleanliness was sub par ( floors were dirty, elevator inside panels chipped and stained, MOLD in shower). The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Floor in room was extremely sticky, bed quilts were dirty, and the room smelled like smoke. The pool was closed for a loud, private event and no breakfast was being served the next day. Gentleman at the front desk was on his phone the entire time I was trying to get checked in."
