Grande suite, excellent déjeuner compris, tranquille. Pas la plus belle chambre (le hall était rénové, mais pas notre chambre), mais très bien pour notre séjour!

Epic Sana is a great hotel! It is a little further from city center than we thought, but the hotel and its amenities were worth the drive in.

The staff was amazing. Wonderful location and touches. Really was very happy with my stay and having a bar stay open later. Very cool rooftop bar. Highly recommend. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay here. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable. The soundproofing was impressive; we were in a busy area but barely heard any outside noise, which made for a really restful sleep. The hotel and rooms were clean, with daily housekeeping. The location is a major plus—less than a 5-minute walk to the metro, making it easy to get to central Lisbon and other attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within a short walk. The only downside was the bathroom. The toilet was awkwardly positioned under the sink, making it uncomfortable to use, and better ventilation is needed, as we noticed some mould. Overall, a very good stay with just a few areas for improvement.
