The "Villa del Mar" is situated in a quiet and exclusive location on Monte Pego near Denia, with far-reaching views over the orange groves and the sea. The special location guarantees privacy and relaxation, with all daily necessities and the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca just a few minutes' drive away.



Additional costs and information:

* Heating of the pool via an electric heat pump can be ordered on arrival for an additional fee. The system can raise the water temperature by approx. 3 °C per day and can be used from a daily low of 10 °C.

* Only 1 pet is allowed.

* The costs for towels and bed linen are one-off for the entire stay and the entire property.
